It works like this: A student who is supposed to qualify for other grants or funds such as the Cal Grant are told they simply need to update the GPA while the college financial aid tells the student that their name was just by chance bumped off the computer list the college uses to update information to Cal Grant then they tell the students they can take out a student loan until the Cal Grant or other fund comes through that the student can then use to pay back the student loan while in fact each employee at the financial aid offices have been receiving kick backs or commissions in various forms including incentives like vacation packages, money in the form of commissions or other forms of incentives that according to the College Chancellor’s office and other federal agencies any form of these commissions are highly illegal for the reasons that students are overlooked for various other forms of free student aid such as CAL GRANT or others the student finds they are wrongly denied while in the most recent years these same college are reporting new records in student loans while other records are overlooked such as how many students are denied other forms of grants or funds they are in fact intelligible for instead. Financial aid officials at colleges will even lie or outright deny these facts which is then nothing more than perjury in most cases yet nothing is done.
