…a UN plan developed to use survivors as bait to lure in the zombies so they can be exterminated. Part of the UN’s Agenda 21 s to teach us that humans are bad for the Earth and that the world would be a better place without us, that we are ugly parasites. I covered in my film Endgame, where the elite openly talk about how they’re going to set up a police state surveillance control grid worldwide to carry out the orderly extermination of 90% of the world’s population with the United Nations as the prime organizer and NATO as the enforcer. And in all these documents, they talk about the release, or allowing the release of weaponized mouse pox and other pathogens like airborne Ebola that will take out more than 90% of the people that come in contact with it. And during an event like that you’re going to see civilization level collapse. And so the ruling class worldwide is setting up seed vaults, underground bunkers, putting trillions of dollars in the aggregate of taxpayer money in Europe and the United States, Australia, New Zealand other western countries, into building incredibly resilient heavily armed underground shadow government systems.

And I said a decade ago that this zombie fascination was being pushed to dehumanize us and get us ready with kind of a racial memory ahead of the fact so we will accept as a prophecy at a subconscious level the mass culling of humanity. Films like World War Z are meant to program people that they’re lucky to serve as slaves of the UN and not be exterminated when these zombies are released. And the zombie archetype is just a cover to demonize and dehumanize anyone who is even suspected of being infected of bioweapons plagues the globalist are publicly preparing to release on the planet.

All these anomalies seem to point to a highly top secret, carefully planned out operation. And would also explain why so many of the media’s reports that would claim to come from federal and local officials, were later claimed to be false. This method would divert people’s attention, and keep them focused on aspects of the case that would lead to dead ends. Or stray them from the truth. To destroy all of the evidence, the crime scenes, both the school and the Lanza home have been seized indefinitely and all records relating to the crime have been sealed by the courts. Sandy Hook Elementary School is also scheduled to be torn down. The ones who control the media, also control the courts and have access to any records and information the rest of the people are withheld from making it hard for anyone to find out what really happened. Because of this we may never know the truth, so it is important we continue to ask questions and demand explanations.

To this date, we have not been shown any video footage from the security cameras that were installed at Sandy Hook which would show exactly what happened. Another incident where we have not seen any video evidence is the Aurora shooting incident involving James Holmes. In similar fashion, witnesses describe multiple suspects as proven on police scanner audio recordings. And details on what the public were told about the case remain highly questionable. Both the father of James Holmes and Adam Lanza have been indirectly linked to the massive Libor scandal, perhaps the largest banking fraud ever to unfold. The father of James Holmes (Robert Holmes) has attributed to creating algorithms which were used to uncover the Libor scandal. And the father of Adam Lanza (Peter Lanza) is the tax director for General Electric, a corporation that paid no taxes last year. And three employees from the department overseen by Lanza were convicted and sent to prison on October 18, 2012. Many people believe the Aurora shooting and the Sandy Hook shooting are related and along with the Sikh Temple shooting, where a lone gunman was announced and multiple suspects were reported by witnesses, are all part of a planned series of shooting events in 2012 to push legislation to ban guns and disarm the public. Because of the multiple suspects witnessed in these three shootings, and the reference to three strike zones on the Batman map, with Sandy Hook clearly listed, people have begun to connect the dots.
Strangely, the props and map creator for the Dark Knight rises, was from Newtown, and died in April of 2012 in a head on collision despite rumors of him being an excellent driver. Many people find his death suspicious and is just another aspect in a long list of coincidence or conspiracy in regards to all of this.

There are so many reasons why people do not believe the official story. And Some of these include: the constantly changing news reports and information regarding the case, the lack of photo and video evidence of the bodies and security footage from inside and outside of the school, the various tweets, fundraisers, tributes, and videos that were posted before the shooting. Multiple suspects and obvious evidence of a group of people involved, the lack of information on Adam and Nancy Lanza, and the conflicting statements and strange behavior of some of the parties involved in this case.

There has been a great deal of speculation in regards to some of these crisis actor claims, and some specific people have been mentioned, such as the Phelps family actually being actors from Florida, belonging to the Sexton family. There is a resemblance when looking at photographs and comparing it to the Phelps video. And several other people have also been associated with other look-a likes. Some of these claims are simply ludicrous however, and mainstream media has wasted no time in ridiculing these claims, targeting anyone who questions the authenticity of the information being stated by the news and mainstream media. By using the crisis actor theory as their ammunition they have caused a large division amongst the public, as many people are quite disturbed over these claims and have now formed the opinion that anyone who disagrees with the official story lacks empathy, and has no respect for the families, or the victims of the crime. and also simultaneously diverts the attentions of people who notice the facts don’t add up and begin to question the authority in these matters. By promoting the crisis actor story, media is also deterring people from questioning the multiple suspects that are involved.

Because of these implications petitions were started addressing the white house with a request to ban all conspiracy theory videos and articles on relation to the Sandy Hook Conspiracy and likely all materials that question these types of events and government in general. If this proves successful, our right to express our own thoughts and opinions, freedom of speech, and essentially other freedoms in life, may also be in jeopardy. We would be forced to accept the lies and deceits spewed forth by government controlled media sources and anyone caught questioning the totalitarian empire would be criminally punished and the term though criminal would no longer be used in relation to fictitious works, but it would in fact be our reality and our way of life. The media has been using attacks on conspiracy theorists, in an attempt to divide and conquer. A commonly used tactic in intelligence and military operations.

On Friday 20th July 2012 James Holmes opened fire in an Aurora movie theatre, killing 12 people and injuring many more. Although this was a horrendous incident for which there can be no justification, evidence has come to light suggesting that James Holmes was just a pawn in a much larger game.

Whilst pursuing a neuroscience doctoral program at the University of Colorado’s Anschutz Medical Campus it is possible that Holmes was subjected to MK Ultra mind control. This would explain the apparent dissociative identity disorder symptoms that Holmes has been displaying; alternate personality (The Joker), and the sedated state he appeared to be in during his court appearance.

The fact that the shootings took place at a midnight screening of Batman: The Dark Knight Rises is oddly fitting as Batman, or Bruce Wayne, also has a split personality. The trauma Bruce Wayne suffered when his parents were killed outside the Monarch Theatre (an illusion to Monarch Programming)

The fact that Holmes is reported to have taken 100mg of Vicodin, the same drug that killed Heath Ledger, is another strange connection.

The esoteric symbolism surrounding the event is also worryingly relevant. The shootings took place at a midnight screening in the City of Aurora; Aurora was the Roman Goddess of dawn and is said to be the mother of the Morning Star, otherwise known as Lucifer. The Dark Knight Rises could be in reference to Lucifer rising at dawn. It has also been noted that the Seal of Saturn is on the front of the theatre; a symbol commonly associated with sacrifice.

Predictive programming is the practice of alluding to future events in a variety of media so that the masses will be more accepting of the event when it finally happens. This is also true in the case of the Batman shootings.

With the UN Arms treaty concerning gun control due to take place on the 27th July 2012, was this shooting orchestrated in order to revoke America gun rights, leaving citizens vulnerable to martial law? An unarmed America would sure make it easier for the elite to round up civilians in order to fill their FEMA camps.

A Colorado university just 16 miles away from the site of Friday morning’s deadly ‘Batman’ massacre staged an identical exercise the very same day in which students were trained how to react to a gunman firing at people in a movie theater.
“Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine is in the middle of holding specialized classes in disaster life support for 150 second-year medical students. Along with response to natural disasters like hurricanes and floods and terrorist attacks, one of the scenarios being used to train the students is how to respond if a shooter fires at people in a movie theater and also uses a bomb in the attack,” reports the Denver Post.

Now, I’ll also mention too that a fellow that has been in touch with me for an awful long time, his brother was in the CIA, or is in the CIA. He will never talk about the CIA to him. He’ll never give anything away whatsoever, except one bit of advice. He said, never watch the television. Never watch the television. It’s the greatest scientific indoctrination tool ever devised. Haven’t you figured that out? It’s changed the whole culture of nations, not just one nation. Why do you think it was mandatory that everybody in Britain have access to have televisions by the government? Why do you think China is under the same program to get everyone with a TV right now? Because they love to have you entertained? Do you really think that? And India is on the same route right now, as well, too. Most of your ideas and opinions, and how you emulate, because you emulate things. You mimic what you see, as Charles Galton Darwin and others have said in the past. It becomes you; you become it. And that’s what’s happened. It’s been very, very, very successful. Never watch the television. You can’t watch a movie unless you do it critically, if you watch it critically. Not there to enjoy it. Remember what they say. It’s your emotions they get you on. And it’s interwoven, all these emotional themes all through movies. You’re played like a harp, and they embed ideas into you, along with the movies, and predictive programming too, so you’ll accept that which is still to come. And you’ll behave the same way as the characters in the movie when it comes. “Oh well, what can you do? I’ll just watch Much Music or Television.” You’re given a mind of your own and you’ve got to use it for yourself.

And believe you me, if you ever had a nation or wanted a nation, you’d have to make sure that everyone took their turn, everyone took their turn, just like jury duty, to go in and oversee the guys that are supposed to be taking care of everything on your behalf. It’s a tight club right now. It’s been like that forever. Because they never intended to give you anything called democracy or in fact a republic. Gangs and fraternities run the systems of the countries. That’s how they’re run. And under taxation, and it’s true what Marx said, and it’s true what Lenin said, that part of it, in fact, all wealth comes from labor. And tax is another term for labor. When they take your labor from you, and give you nothing back for it, that’s called stealing and slavery. Slavery, folks. But no teacher told you that, did they? Look in the dictionaries, if you can find an old enough one, because they keep changing them too.

Dr Eastlund hasn’t been sitting around either. He’s got other projects that he’s been working on that are quite interesting. And one of those recently in fact of October 2005, he presented a paper at Penn State on weather modification utilizing gravitational waves. Now what’s important about this paper, extremely important about this paper is that it talks about being able to modify weather using 1600 times less energy than was anticipated for weather modifications applications using HAARP. In other words, 1600 times less energy than was once thought to be needed, it’s now understood by him, as a physicist, in a major university presentation, to be possible. Now when you think about weather modification, one of the other things that happened with Dr Eastlund is he was invited by the European Space Agency to do a paper on weather modification using the HAARP systems, that was completed in 1999 and presented for peer review at a major space expo in Europe. Coming off of that paper, FEMA and NASA contracted with Dr Eastlund to prepare a paper utilizing space based technologies, satellite based technologies for weather modification applications. And one of the things that he saw and that he mentions in both of these papers, is for instance being able to affect tornadoes. And the idea of tornadoes, you know you have a warm front coming into contact with a cold front, and when they come together you get a sheering force that causes that twisting action where you get the tornado formation. So the idea of Eastlund was, if you could heat the cold front sufficiently, that when these two fronts connected you didn’t get that energy differential to create that tornado formation, you could essentially knock out tornadoes. The problem is of course if you missed and you heat the already heated area so that there’s even a greater differential when it encounters the cold front, you have more energy available to create even a more destructive tornado. The fact of the matter is other governments around the world have taken this very seriously, including our own, and has invested a significant amount of money, to look at how to affect these things.

There’s a couple of other applications of HAARP that I want to talk a little bit about. The first one, and these are the two probably most controversial areas of HAARP, the first one deals with the idea of manipulating weather systems. And this is a very important issue. Because, again, you’re dealing with concepts that have been attempted over the years. In fact these days you’ve actually got the United States Congress, two bills pending, one in the Senate one in the House, to create a commission for review of weather modification technology, because commercial interests are now advancing them along with other militaries from around the world. So you’ve got economic interest interested as much as the military in controlling weather outcomes, and climate outcomes for obvious advantage and reasons. But it creates problems, and here’s what happens with HAARP. HAARP is actually capable of, in fact the early versions were called ionospheric heaters because they literally would heat the ionosphere. And when you think of this area being heated, it’s about 30 miles in diameter above the facility itself. And when you heat the area by affecting this region, you literally push it up. So it goes up and out into space perhaps as far as 200 kilometers. Instead of being 30 miles above the Earth’s surface, now you’re almost a couple hundred miles potentially out into space with this column. And the lower atmosphere below rushes in to fill that space. Now what happens then? Firstly, any satellite that was a low orbiting satellite, zipping through space, hits this area, hits this energized area that’s supposed to be there then all the sudden it encounters friction and the satellite burns up and it crashes, so as an anti-satellite technology. The Russians, the Strategic Studies Institute in London reported, that they had actually looked at Russian papers that had a concept for incoming comets and asteroids. You know most of these things when they come into our atmosphere, they burn up. Because you’ve got this 30 miles where these objects are coming in at such high velocities, they encounter friction and they begin to burn up and break up and nothing ever hits the Earth. But big objects make it to ground and big problems can occur accordingly. But think about, instead of 30 miles, maybe having 210 miles of range and distance of atmosphere to break up those incoming objects. Much larger objects could be destroyed in that way. That was some of the research the Russians had done utilizing the technology and their heaters back in the 70s.

What happened in all of this development was this excitement from ARCO because here it was they were going to make money on gas they could never make money on before. But what happened is, the company went through some controversies, some changes, the company eventually sold. Actually ARCo’s no longer here. But the company itself, a subsidiary was later sold to another organization called E-Systems. And E-Systems was the subject of Washington Post reports back in the early 90s. They predominantly were, at that time, a $2.1 billion dollar company, with the vast majority of their income derived from what are called black projects. Projects so secret even the U.S. Congress doesn’t know what they’re funding. And the citations regarding that are also in the book Angels Don’t Play This HAARP. The point is, this company ends up with the patents and the subsidiary, and what did they do? They sold out. They sold to none other than Raytheon Corporation, the losing bigger on the first project in the beginning. So Raytheon ends up with the intellectual property, they end up with that project and later sold to British Aerospace, which is an interesting change of events and that was in 2003. The project also shifted in 2003 from the Navy and the Air Force over to DAARPA which is the defense department’s research agency that deals with, again, very very classified research and projects.

But let’s get back to some of the other applications of HAARP and some of the other things that it can do. One of the other applications that came up early on is the idea of what’s called earth penetrating tomography. Let me make that really simple. By analogy, it would be like X-raying the Earth, or looking into the Earth several kilometers or several miles deep to look at underground structures, or mineral deposits, nuclear facilities, tunnels, mining facilities, all those kinds of things can be detected by Earth penetrating tomography. Now, the way that this would work with HAARP is really unique, and this again going back to Dr. Eastlund’s patents. By sending this energy up, this focused energy up into the ionosphere, what they can do is they can pulse the energy so it acts like a punch. So it’s punching the ionosphere with this force that causes the ionosphere to vibrate in resonance in harmony with this signal on the ground.

Brooks Agnew is an interesting guy. He’s a specialist in earth penetrating tomography and actually there’s an article by him posted on my website at www.earthpulse.com. At that site you can read the article in detail. But basically what he found is back during the 80s and 90s he was doing work in Earth penetrating tomography for the oil industry. And what he was able to do, is with 30 watts of power, which is nothing compared to 1 billion watts of effective radiated power with HAARP. But, with 30 watts of power he was able to get profiles of ground strata several kilometers deep. And he actually used this with a company that’s now fairly well known, Haliburton. He went around to 9 states and 26 known drill sites where they actually knew exactly what the ground strata was and the oil and gas grades that were there. And Brooks Agnew with his technology, Earth penetrating tomography, was able to determine with 99% accuracy, not only the ground strata differentials, but whether there was oil and gas in the ground and the quality of those oil and gas deposits. That is an incredible technology considering that the method of use was not disturbing in terms of natural systems at those very low power levels. Yet, you know when you think about oil and gas, those are public resources, having certainty about where to drill and what to do would certainly change the dynamics of how the industry competitively fought for those resources, and would have huge implications in the economies of the world. But the point of the matter is, that technology is not being used for mineral exploration today, it’s being used primarily for military applications as is the case with HAARP.

But when you get in to Earth penetrating tomography, the problem that Brooks Agnew has and others have voiced is the idea of the energy concentrations. Because what he knew is that if you used too much energy, in his worst case scenario, you could trigger geologic events, earthquakes, those kinds of events could be triggered using high energy densities in the ELF range. In fact there was a DoD news briefing. It goes back to April 27, 1997, and it was at the University of Georgia and it was Secretary of Defense William Cohen and he was commenting on weapons of mass destruction. Remember that’s way before 9/11. And one of the weapons of mass destruction he cited were environmental weapons systems utilizing electromagnetic energy for triggering earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, and climate alterations.

If you take it a little bit further and you start to look at this whole concept of using a system on the ground to aggravate the ionosphere. Now what else happens when that lower atmosphere rushes in, you also change pressure systems in the immediate region in terms of lows and highs and the way those pressure systems work and the way in which jet streams flow, by altering the flow of jet streams, by altering the way the atmosphere’s located within an area, that’s where you can get these huge problems.

Back in 1977 the United States ratifies a treaty where we agreed to not use environmental manipulation as a weapon of war, whether it be to create earthquakes or tidal waves, or volcanic eruptions or disturb the weather, all of these things were restricted under that treaty when they involve national boundaries or crossing national boundaries. Like most U.S. treaties, the exemption is for domestic use. The treaties we sign with all these other countries have a clause within them that allows use of the technologies that might be forbidden against another country, to be used within the boundaries of your own country.

And as we took this issue on, there was an underlying problem as well. Some of the things that were developed by the inventor, ideas that should be explored were being ignored, because military had no interest. A good example was Dr. Eastlund had this idea that using radio frequency energy you could actually trigger chemical reactions in the upper atmosphere, which in fact you can, I mean it’s well known. But what you can do by triggering these reactions is you could actually create ozone. In other words if ozone depletion is truly a problem, here you have a system that can replenish ozone utilizing known laws of science. Likewise, knocking out particular pollutants, again by understanding their interactions with radio frequency energy to be able to neutralize pollutants in the environment. None of these things are being looked at and yet they offer huge potentials. I’ve had lots of conversations with Dr Eastlund over the years, and you know he’s got a much different view. I mean he’s a senior scientist, an outstanding physicist on the world scene. His concepts today for advancing energy systems and ways to really free people and utilize the science, not for our destruction but for its enhancement. And I think that’s where lots of science gets misused when those using it are only seeing certain applications.

But let’s get down to the most controversial issue dealing with HAARP which is the physical effects on human health. And I want to get into the ELF effects because this is extremely important. And there’s another video in this series on mind control which gets into this idea of being able to be overridden by radio frequency energy from the outside. This is what we know from the research. If you go back to mid 1980s there was a document called Low Intensity Conflict in Modern Technologies produced at Maxwell Airforce Base and has a section in it on electromagnetic weapons systems where it gets into a whole discussion of what was possible. if you even go back further you’ve got to go back to a book called Unless Peace Comes published in 1969. Within that is a chapter called How to Wreck Your Environment. The guy that wrote it was Gordan MacDonald. He was a full professor at UCLA and a science advisor to President Johnson when he was in the presidency. And he had written back then that if we could ever figure out how to electronically stroke the ionosphere in just the right way, we could return a signal to the Earth that would literally manipulate the behavior of people over huge geographic areas. That was JF Gordon MacDonald’s ideas. But we didn’t have a way to electronically stroke the ionosphere and create that kind of returning signal. Later in a book by Zbigniew Brzezinski, it was a book called Between Two Ages, and in this book is a reiteration of JF Gordan’s ideas of, again, being able to electronically stroke the ionosphere and return a signal to the Earth. And this particular book by Brzezinski – and Brzezinski for those who don’t remember he later became National Security Adviser to President Carter. At the time he wrote the book he was a professor and researcher at Columbia university. But, here’s this idea, now how do you electronically stroke the ionosphere? That’s exactly what HAARP does.

And this is what the military research has shown, is that you can affect everything down to the molecular level if you understand enough about the physics of the body and the math of radio frequency energy’s relationship to it, you can manipulate radio frequency energy to affect the body. And this is what they did actually in a study sponsored by the Airforce. The study was at the University of Utah. It was completed in 1985 and it was under the auspices of the science advisory board to the Airforce and it produced what is called the radio frequency dosimetry handbook. Simple language, it’s the dosage of radio frequency energy necessary to override every vital organ in the body including the brain, whether it be the liver, the kidney, the hearth, the lungs, to interfere with their natural performance as a weapon application. Now again you’re talking about energy that is different, we’re talking about a whole different view of warfare. We’re using energy as the base. These technologies are now being developed for things like the active denial system which is using knowledge of microwave millimeter waves to affect the body to create pain or heat sensation, affecting only the nerve endings on the surface of the body. But these basic principles apply to the entire living organism.

One group stands above all others for applauding this convergence. They are known as transhumanists. Most prominent among which are professors, philosophers, scientists and celebrities. The transhumanists see a world of problems just begging to be solved with converging technology.

What most people don’t realize is that this concept is not new. It is in fact a repackaging of what was once called eugenics. The term eugenics means good genes, or good origin. It was coined in 1883, by British scientist Sir Francis Galton. He defined eugenics as “A moral philosophy to improve humanity by encouraging the best and brightest to breed”. Galton was the half-cousin of Sir Charles Darwin, the famous originator of the theory of evolution, which also would come to be known as Darwinism.

Galton actually used the theory of evolution to substantiate his new science of eugenics. In his book, Studies on Hereditary Genius, he attempted to prove that the aristocratic families of the British empire were in fact a superior race. The fact that in the struggle for life, they had made it to the very top of society proved that they were the best that humanity had to offer. It is important to note that Darwin’s famous The Origin of Species is subtitled Preservation of Favoured Races in the Struggle for Life. Not surprisingly, the Royal Society, a scientific institution dedicated to the improvement of natural knowledge, picked up on these new ideas and promoted Darwin heavily. Being a creation of the British monarchy, the Royal Society was obviously in favor of promoting the idea of the genetic superiority of the royal family. Science itself was being positioned to replace the old religious appeal, with the divine right of Kings to rule over the inferior masses.

Darwin himself stated “Elite status is prima facie evidence of evolutionary superiority”. Through scientism, science as religion, Darwinism could in fact bring about social change. Social Darwinism would manifest itself as eugenics. To eugenicists, the masses were cattle, with Galton calling eugenics ‘the science of improving the stock’. The rise of scientism began the widespread proliferation of eugenics as it reached American shores at the turn of the century. The Eugenics Record Office in Cold Springs Harbor New York went to work amassing hundreds of thousands of family pedigrees for genetic research. They also lobbied for state sterilization acts and other eugenic legislation. In 1899, Henry Clay Sharp, a prison physician, began sterilizing degenerate prisoners, and later in 1907 he was a key advocate for a law in Indiana that was passed, mandating the compulsory sterilization of degenerates throughout the state.

In 1921, the American Eugenics Society was formed and began propaganda campaigns which included the promotion of eugenics in churches, schools, and state fair exhibitions. Funding for American eugenics came from the Carnegie, Harriman, and Rockefeller families among others. Eugenics was being accepted as a genuine form of science. Social Darwinism made strong advances toward a world in which scientism would fulfill Galton’s dream of having eugenics be the religion of the future.

But a major setback occurred at the end of World War II. It was discovered that American eugenics had been a major influence on Hitler’s Final Solution. In 1934, Rudolf Hess had stated that “national socialism is nothing but applied biology”. Hitler had only wanted to preserve the best German stocks and elevate them to a dominate position in society. It was at this point in eugenics history that a crucial move had to be made in order to hide eugenics from the now aware masses of humanity.

Prominent eugenicist Sir Julian Huxley stepped up and offered a solution. He simply invented a new word to replace eugenics. That term being, TRANSHUMANISM, which he defined as the need for mankind to realize the importance of steering the direction of its own evolution. Yes, eugenics was one of the original aspects of transhumanism. And it is no surprise as Julian was the grandson of Thomas Henry Huxley, who had been a president of the Royal Society, and one of the most well known advocates of Darwinism in its early days.

Julian, being properly raised, was educated at Oxford. His specialty being evolutionary biology. He went on to many high level positions, which included the titles of Vice President and President of the British Eugenics Society, which of course had the task of removing undesirable variants from the human gene pool. Julian Huxley had said the following of eugenics “The lowest strata are reproducing too fast. Therefore… they must not have too easy access to relief or hospital treatment lest the removal of the last check on natural selection should make it too easy for children to be produced or to survive; Long unemployment should be a ground for sterilization”.

At this point it’s important to understand the legal definition of the word terrorist. Since 9/11, a mountain of legislation has been passed, including the Patriot Act, the Military Commission Act, the John Warner Defense Act and countless others. All of which have, through their legislative cunning, rendered the term terrorist so ambiguous that you can be deemed a terrorist for any reason at all. You can be taken to a secret prison without charges, without Habeas Corpus, and with no rights whatsoever.
These laws were not written on a whim. They were specifically designed to give the government carte blanche authority over the people during the chaos and confusion of the Age of Transitions.

And so, this transition is perhaps the most important transition of all time. Some people don’t want it. They fear this transition because this transition is to a planetary civilization tolerant of many cultures. These are the terrists. In their gut, they fear this, because they know they are witnessing the birth plans of a beginning of a new planetary civilization and the terrists want nothing to do with it. -Michio Kaku

The British Ministry of Defence has published its “Strategic Trends” report. The report has attempted to predict what will happen from 2007 until 2035. It predicts global chaos. It states that as global interdependence increases, every aspect of human life will change. Climate change, competition for resources, shortages of food and water, and the constant threat of pandemics, will keep people in a world wide state of shock.
During the next 30 years, every aspect of human life will change…
As the middle class in the west declines, extremist politics will be embraced by some out of desperation. Flash mobs will threaten military forces which admittedly will be working alongside police. As America and Europe decline in power, China and India are expected to gain prominence on the global stage. The population of the west will decrease due to declining fertility.

The report mentions this declining fertility on three separate occasions, but interestingly never explains the cause of this problem. Amid all this crisis, technological breakthroughs will develop at an unprecedented rate. Human computer interfaces will stimulate cultural change.

By 2035, an implantable information chip could be developed and wired directly to the user’s brain… synthetic sensory perception beamed directly to the user’s senses. It is likely that the majority of the global population will find it difficult to ‘turn the outside world off’. ICT is likely to be so pervasive that people are permanently connected to a network or two-way data stream with inherent challenges to civil liberties; being disconnected could be considered suspicious.

A small super-rich elite and a substantial underclass of slum and subsistence dwellers…

A more permissive R&D environment could accelerate the decline of ethical constraints and restraints. The speed of technological and cultural change could overwhelm society’s ability to absorb the ethical implications… The nearest approximation to an ethical framework could become a form of secular utilitarianism, in an otherwise amoral scientific culture. Declining youth populations in Western societies could become increasingly dissatisfied with their economically burdensome ‘baby boomer elders’… This could lead to a civic renaissance, with strict penalties for those failing to fulfill their social obligations. It might also open the way to policies which permit euthanasia as a means to reduce the burden of care for the elderly.

The problem is that we are living in a virtual reality. We’re living in a totally controlled environment. An environment that has been created by mass media. Now, many people, especially young people, accept unquestioningly the reality that is presented by the media. Popular culture, movies, television, music–carry messages about how society works and how people should behave, and so entertainment is not value free. It has ideological content it presents itself. It presents a world view that influences the people who watch the programming. There is a reason why television networks and the music industry, the various companies, they have programming departments. The programming that we are constantly assaulted by throughout our life, conditions us. It programs a particular world view.

It’s important to realize that this report clearly states that cybernetic enhancement of human performance is inevitable. With Newt Gingrich proclaiming “those countries that ignore these patterns of change will fall further behind and find themselves weaker, poorer, and more vulnerable than their wiser, more change-oriented neighbors”. Mr Gingrich conservatively calls for a tripling of the National Science Foundation budget. He also mentions George Bush’s approval of a $604 million dollar increase towards the nano budget. Convergence is the priority of importance in implementing the promise of a new day for the 21st century.

The U.S. Army has used local television stations in the U.S. as training posts for some of its psychological-operations personnel, according to Yahoo! News blog The Upshot. Since at least 2001, both WRAL, a CBS affiliate in Raleigh, N.C., and WTOC, a CBS affiliate in Savannah, Ga., have regularly hosted active-duty soldiers from the Army’s 4th Psychological Operations group as part of the Army’s Training With Industry program. Training with Industry is designed to offer career soldiers a chance to pick up skills through internships and fellowships with private businesses. The psyops soldiers use WRAL and WTOC to learn broadcasting and communications expertise that they could apply in their mission, as the Army describes it of quote “Influencing the emotions, motives, objective reasoning, and ultimately the behavior of foreign audiences”.

The relationship between psyops training with industry and news operations has stirred controversy in the past. In 2000, after a Dutch newspaper reported that pscy-ops troops had been placed at CNN’s news room under the program, CNN discontinued the internships and admitted that they had made a mistake. A spokesperson said at the time quote “It was inappropriate for PSYOPS personnel to be at CNN. They are not here now and they never again will be at CNN”.

Psychiatrists convinced them they were sick. While generating a healthy income claiming to be medical professionals, psychiatrists will freely confess that their profession is devoid of science.

Everyday, psychotropic drugs cause serious adverse reactions. And, while psychiatrists and drug companies fully understand that dangers of the drugs they sell, their unsuspecting customers are left to suffer the consequences.

How do you market a drug that restores the chemical balance, or corrects a chemical imbalance in good conscious if you don’t even know what one is?

An estimated half of all Americans who commit suicide are on psychotropic drugs. Annually, psychotropic drugs are estimated to kill more than 2 1/2 times more people than are killed by homicide. And who is entrusted with protecting the public against these dangerous psychotropic drugs? In the United States it is the Food and Drug Administration, FDA, whose psychiatric drug advisory panels are dominated by psychiatrists who shuttle between the drug industry, academia, private practice, and government. The so called “revolving door”.

The panels that are formed by the FDA to evaluate these drugs, the psychiatrists who are on those panels, almost all of them have conflicts of interest where they have directly or indirectly received funding from the very industry and the very parties within the industry, whose drugs they are evaluating.

Take for example the FDA drug evaluation panel, that approved the anti depressant Paxil. Every psychiatrist on that panel has financial ties to the pharmaceutical industry. And these conflicts of interest have been random enough to prompt congressional investigation.

And this network of financial conflict of interests between psychiatry, the drug industry, and the FDA, became even more entrenched in 1992 after passage of the Prescription Drug User Fee Act, also known as PDUFA. Through this bill the FDA would be paid a fee of $100,000 dollars per drug to ensure that psychotropic medications would be rushed through the approval process and into the hands of prescribers faster than ever.
