    Rosalie Bertell may have made some earlier serious study of nuclear power, but even the scholarly content of that is in doubt. She talks a good game about DU, it keeps her in the spotlight in her declining years, but she does not know what she is talking about. She just does not want to fade away and be forgotten, so she has glommed onto DU and HAARP and other things that she really knows absolutely nothing about.
