Money Already Awarded For HR 645 Detention Camps To KBR (Halliburton)
Department of Homeland Security has ALREADY awarded a $387 M contract to KBR, a Haliburton subsidiary. The KBR contract is for the construction of the six detention centers (under HR 645) This contract was awarded two years ago prior to the HR 645 introduction. Meanwhile, Section 505 of the Bio-Pharma Act will authorize insertion of RFID chips into newborns of Medicare mothers.
