Marijuana history 101, or should I say extremely brief marijuana history 101. It’s big, complicated, and we’ll only be able to scratch the surface. So let’s get started. The first thing that strikes one as odd when looking at the history of marijuana, which is also known as cannabis, is how very much legal it once was. In fact, it wasn’t only legal, it just happened to be one of the largest agricultural crops in the world, including the United States. You see, cannabis can also be hemp. And just what is hemp? Well it’s by and large the most robust, durable, natural soft fiber on the face of this planet. Up until 1883, and for thousands of years before, cannabis hemp was the largest agricultural crop in the world. It has thousands of uses and products. The majority of fabric, lighting oil, medicines, paper and fiber came from hemp. The first marijuana law to exist in the United States was a law ordering farmers to grow hemp. Benjamin Franklin used it to start one of America’s first paper mills. The first two copies of the Declaration of Independence were written on cannabis hemp paper.

Up until the 1800′s, most of the textiles in the United States were made with hemp. 50% of medicine marketed in the last half of the 19th Century was made from cannabis. Even Queen Victoria used the resin abstracts from cannabis to alleviate her menstrual cramps. But the funny thing about industrial hemp was that you couldn’t get high from it. Yet, it was lumped in with the following, which also made little sense…Reefer Madness. In the early 20th Century, yellow journalism had surfaced. Articles depicted Blacks and Mexicans as frenzied beasts who would smoke marijuana, play devils music, and heap disrespect and viciousness on the readership, a majority of which happened to be white. Some offenses included looking at a white woman twice, laughing at a white person, or even stepping on white men’s shadows.

And this ended up leading up to a law in the form of a tax stamp. A tax stamp that would not only include marijuana, but also hemp and cannabis medicines. It speculated that hemp’s potential for an abundance of new products was going to be in direct competition with other sources. And this added to the refer madness, led to eventual downfall of all forms of cannabis. Popular Mechanics Magazine had actually prepared an article entitled, New Billion Dollar Crop. Hemp was touted as being able to produce more than 5,000 textile products from its threadlike fiber and more than 25,000 products from its cellulose, ranging from dynamite to Cellophane. It’s superiority as a source for paper was also becoming known. Especially with the development of hemp processing equipment. Now the new marijuana tax act was all fine and dandy, except for one thing. If you wanted to grow hemp, you needed to buy a stamp. But they weren’t giving any out, to anybody. And so, in effect, all forms of cannabis became illegal. Things pretty much stayed that way until WWII, when the Government decided that hemp once again, was a good thing, and produced a video…Hemp For Victory. But by the time the war was over, hemp again became bad. And in 1948 when the marijuana law once again came into question, Congress recognized that marijuana was made illegal for the wrong reason. It didn’t make people violent at all. It made them pacifists. The communists would use it to weaken America’s will to fight. Congress now voted to keep marijuana illegal for the exact opposite reason that they had outlawed it in the first place. And all through the years, report after report, commissioned by everybody. From the Mayor of New York to the President of the united States, has come back with a view that marijuana should have no criminal penalty attached to it. Yet, marijuana as remains illegal today as it did over 70 years ago.

Dwight Eisenhower once spoke of a “military industrial complex”. Have we built up a marijuana prohibition complex? When Nixon got into this, with this war on drugs he had things he wanted to do, he had an agenda. A lot of the information was kept and warehoused in the library of Congress and also at major Universities was actually recalled and destroyed. The Nixon report that came out through his administration was called the Shafer Report.

And then when it came back saying marijuana was essentially harmless, he total ignored it, said, ‘we’re going to launch a war on drugs anyways’.

1970, beginning the war on drugs, 76 New Jersey troopers became detectives, I was one of them. They designated one third of us to undercover, I happened to fall in that one third, That’s where I spent the next 14 years of my life. What we were targeted on, was the pot smokers.

There are many, many police officers however, who believe that it ought to be legalized, regulated, and controlled. They see the hypocrisy between our existing laws relating to alcohol and marijuana, in their day to day life, shift after shift, and they get it. But they don’t want to lose their jobs. They don’t want to lose their promotion to Sargent or the assignment to detectives. They want to be a chief someday and they don’t want to piss off the people in power. Judges, lawyers, prosecutors, defense lawyers, prison guards, there’s all of those people in the criminal justice industry. Are their being protected? Well in a sense, yes they are. Defense bar, similarly we make money, the more things they prohibit, the more money we make.

If you’ve been caught, a young person in the U.S. with so much as one marijuana cigarette, you can’t get a loan or grant from the government to go to college. If you’ve been convicted of murdering somebody, or raping someone, no problem. You go right down and they’ll give you the loan. I guess the message is, it’s OK to rape and murder a village, just don’t go and smoke a joint afterwards.

Edward Jenner, a country Doctor formulated the idea of vaccination fashioned after the old country tale, that those who got cowpox, were protected from smallpox. In order to test this theory upon May 14, 1796 he removed from fluid from Sara Nelmes hand, which had cow pox lesion and injected it into the arms of James Phipps who was a healthy 8 year old boy. Later, Jenner injected the boy with small pox, when James did not come down with small pox, Jenner concluded “The cow pox protects the human constitution from the infection of small pox”. That is the entire basis upon which the entire field of vaccination grew.

It has always been about better food and better living conditions and never has it been about medical intervention.

In the united states the number of mandatory vaccine injections has risen to 36 per child. Each of these injections contains a neurotoxic such as aluminum, formaldehyde, aborted fetal tissue, animal byproducts, heavy metals, and many others. What happens to a child’s fragile immune systems when it’s overloaded with these toxins?

The United States uses more vaccines than any country in the world. We have the most highly vaccinated population, particularly the child population in the world. It projected to be a $20 billion business by the year 2020.

We are given journals to read with articles reporting of results of study’s that are primary bought and paid for by the pharmaceutical industry. We have drug reps come to our office and bring us cushy little meals, and give us a spiel about a drug which they learned in a weekend seminar, and doctors are getting this as their major source of information.

In more than 26 states there is a movement to mandate that girls as young as 11 have the Gardasil vaccine. Gardasil is the Merck produced vaccine designed to protect against 4 of over 100 strings of the human papillomavirus (HPV) virus. However, according to the lead researcher Doctor Diane Harper, of Dartmouth Medical School, “Giving it to 11 years old is a great big public experiment. It is silly to mandate vaccination of 11 and 12 year old girls. There’s not enough evidence gathered on the side effects to know that safety is not an issue”. In addition she has stated that Gardasil was never fully tested on young girls, all of the trials were with girls 15 to 25 years old, and in her personal opinion the vaccine should only be used with girls 18 and up.

They are invited into these meetings to all sit there and talk about how they can keep selling the idea to the American public that vaccines are safe. That’s why they hold so many vaccine meetings because they don’t want the immunization program to fold, because its a multibillion dollar industry.

At the same time the government tells us its safe and necessary. There’s a government program called the Nation Vaccine Injury Compensation Program, which compensates the family’s of children who were injured and killed by vaccination to the tune of $200 million a year. It’s illegal in this country to sue the pharmaceutical and the physicians for injuries caused by vaccinations, and if your child is killed or injured you have to go to the government for a government handout and compensation.

One courageous New York State physician, a lady who wanted to tell the truth about vaccination, was told that she was delusional by the very same Federal Agency, the CDC that we now know, accepted vaccine recommendations from a professional committee that over half of its members from pharmaceutical companies that made those vaccinations, and allowed for years deadly mercury toxins to be included in the 29 vaccinations that they claim our children need.

These parents have no way to take care of these kids. These drug companies just keep lying. The media will repeat their lies that there is no cause and the FDA and CDC did know. In 1999 there was a secret meeting and they decided they weren’t going to let the people know, they were going to keep it a secret.

Doctor Orenstein, on page 1 and 2, he gives his introduction, “My name is Walter Orenstein, thank all of you for coming here taking time out of your very busy schedules to spend the next day and a half with us. Those who don’t know, initial concerns were raised last summer that mercury, as methylmercury in vaccines, might exceed safe levels.” There is a very limited pharmaco-genetic data concerning methelmercury. There is very limited data on its blood levels. There is no data on its excretion. It is recognized to both cross placenta and blood brain barrier. The data on its toxicity methylmercury is sporous. It is primarily recognized as a cause to hypersensitivity. Acutely, it can cause neurological and renal toxicity including death from overdose. Then, Doctor Johnson, on page 198 of the document says, “My gut feeling, it worries me enough, forgive this personal comment but I got called out at 8 o’clock for an emergency call. My daughter in law delivered a son by c-section our first male on the line of our next generation and I do not want that grandson to get a Thimerosal containing vaccine until we know better what is going on. It will probably take a long time. In the meantime, and I know there are probably implications for this internationally. But, in the meantime, I think I want that grandson to only be given Thimerosal free vaccines.” That horrifies me. These people sat in this meeting, knowing how harmful this was, and they were able to sit there and protect their own families from the devastating effects of mercury in vaccines. Yet, they told me and the rest of America that it was ok. That’s criminal, that should not happen. These people should be held accountable for what they’ve done.

This is not Communist China, where the collective good is invoked in order to commit human rights abuses and devalue the life of the individual. This is America where we have the right to have choices and to make decisions about the health of our children and our families.

Now let’s go a little bit into the history of excitotoxicity and how this all came about. In Japan they used a flavoring substance for their food called kombu or sea tangle. And this is a seaweed when you dry it you can grind it up. put it in your food and it greatly enhances the taste of the food and that’s been used for a thousand years. No one really knew why it enhanced the taste of food, until 1908 when a research chemist by the name of Ikeda, examined kombu and he discovered that the taste enhancing compound was glutamate. You may have heard of monosodium glutamate, or MSG, well that’s the active compound glutamate.
…because it enhances the taste by stimulating certain cells in the brain and the tongue.

The next destination on our research trip is Japan. Its a huge market for the genetic engineering industry. Monsanto pushed its way onto the market with genetically modified soy during the mid 90s. Every Japanese person eats soy and Monsanto wants a piece of the pie.

The problem is obvious. No one preparing soy in the home cooks it at 220° and for half an hour at that. Genetically modified soy should not have been approved. It is probable that the genetic modification made the protein more stable it just isn’t destroyed. For me in this failed cooking test, it says in the appears here how they did it, has a direct connection with the increased number of allergies. Monsanto’s conclusion that genetically modified food is safe is wrong, probably even criminal.

So why the vast increase in brain cancer and brain disorders since 1984? I’ll refer to a published study by foremost neuroscientist Dr John W Olney . He suggests one likely candidate. In 1983, the US population began ingesting significant quantities of a substance never before used for human consumption. Artificial sweetener aspartame.

Aspartame is an artificial sweetener… an additive. And it’s a chemical..it’s not a natural product it’s a chemical. The molecule is made up of 3 components. 2 are amino acids, the so called building blocks… proteins. one is called phenylalanine, which is about 50% of the molecule, and the other is aspartic acid, which is like 40%. The other 10% is so called methyl ester which as soon as it’s swallowed becomes free methyl alcohol. Methanol. Wood alcohol, which is a poison… a real poison.

The G.D. Searle Company and the quest to get approval for their product aspartame they conducted a study on animals in which they fed some animals like low dose, medium dose high dose of the product and they used controlled animals that supposedly didn’t get any of the product… When they submitted this to the FDA and the FDA looked at it, there was some question about the study. Well one of the scientist, a neuroscientist looked at some of this, he saw a lot of red flags ..said there’s some real questions here about tumors being caused by this product. Particularly brain tumors. So they ordered a study to be done by the bureau of foods which was the precursor to the FDA. …this is the report here. Basically what it shows is that either a lot of purposeful shenanigans was carrying on to get this product approved or as he states it..it was the world’s worst research.

…because I was such a high user of aspartame though primarily diet cokes and equal and …those are the primary ways, combined with the mountain of evidence and other testimonials of people who have had terrible symptoms of every type of malady that you could image. And when they’re removed from the aspartame the symptoms go away. that’s what you call strong if not direct evidence, very strong circumstantial evidence.

Suddenly, U.S. Attorney Samuel Skinner began preliminary employment discussions with G.D. Saerle’s law firm Sidley and Austin. The U.S. Justice Department urged attorney Samuel Skinner to proceed with the grand jury pointing out that the statute of limitations on prosecution would soon run out. Samuel Skinner withdrew from the G.D. Searle case, and assistant U.S. Attorney, William Conlon, was assigned to the grand jury investigation. Shortly afterwards Samuel Skinner left his job to work for G.D. Searle’s law firm. The assistant he left behind let the statute of limitations for run out on the aspartame charges. This assistant William Conlon was hired 15 months later by G.D. Searle’s law firm Sidley and Austin.”

In 1977, the FDA Chief Council Richard Merrill recommended to US Attorney Samuel Skinner, that a grand jury be setup to investigate G.D. Searle.

Donald Rumsfeld went into the company (G.D. Searle) after he left Washington… after Ford lost and that would be in 1977…was in business and he was the congressman from there. Then he went to the White House where he was White House Chief of Staff and then he became Secretary of Defense, so he took over the company and went in with a full team of politicians.

Under charges of improprieties Arthur Hull Hayes left the FDA, and was hired as a consultant for $1000 a day by a G.D. Searle’s public relations firm.

I said, you know, with all the technology that we have today, with all the advances in medicine and science, people are getting sicker. Has anyone noticed that? People are buying more pharmaceutical drugs to cure the very thing that these chemical companies started to begin with.
