The White House Council on Environmental Quality is headed by James Connaughton, who is not a scientist. He had been appointed to his post, by President Bush, only months before 9/11. His previous experience; representing large corporations in disputes about cleaning toxic waste sites working against the EPA.

We’d go out with rakes and shovels and stuff and just go through all the debris. Looking for, you know, body parts and different things of that sort to make identifications. The weird thing was it was very cold when we were up there; I believe it was the middle of winter, but the ground wasn’t frozen… the ground kind of like bubbled underneath your feet, which was strange to me. You know you’re coughing a lot, I mean for days after coughing up blood and different things like that.

Even today the media reports and many scientists believe that the steel melted. It is argued that the jet fuel burns very hot, especially with so much fuel present, then he goes on….this is not true and I see many other scientists saying this is not true… the temperature of the fire at the World Trade Center was not unusual and was definitely, most definitely, not capable of melting steel.

Immediately following the tragedy, scientists analyzed the dust samples, and I have some dust here… It was given to me by a woman from her apartment in New York City. And, it’s loaded with asbestos, the dust… heavy metals mercury, in particular, from all the fluorescent lights in those buildings, loaded with mercury and a very high alkalinity. Now, let’s see what that means. One of the scientists Greg Swayze says tests reveal the dust to be extremely alkaline..a pH of 12 and that some of it was as caustic as liquid drain cleaner…
