Federal prisoners would then be given a few years off their sentence if they agreed to not tell family about it, and to go to the labor camps.

This is a brief history of the Federal Emergency Management Agency and the civil liberties we have lost because of it. Also, it is a testament to what a government can accomplish when it’s people are in fear. The Federal Emergency Management Agency’s powers grew under the tutelage of people like Lt. Col. Oliver North and General Richard Secord, the architects on the Iran-Contra Scandal. FEMA has been given responsibility for disaster relief, including urban forest fires, earthquakes, hurricanes, tornadoes, refugee situations, urban riots, and emergency planning for nuclear and toxic incidents. FEMA was created in a series of Executive Orders. A Presidential Executive Order, whether Constitutional or not, becomes law simply by its publication in the Federal Registry. Congress is bypassed. FEMA has only spent about 6% of its budget on national emergencies, the bulk of their funding has been used for the construction of underground facilities to assure continuity of government in case of a major emergency – foreign or domestic.

The idea of putting people in detention camps is not so far fetched. Because several years ago, a subsidiary of the Haliburton Corporation, which has done a lot of the private contract work, and made a lot of money off the tax payers backs in so called rebuilding Iraq – was given a $385 Million contract to build concentration or detention camps in this country, supposedly for, and this has been the argument for illegal aliens or illegal immigrants and those kind of people, but the language is so vague in the contract that it could mean anyone even people who are politically opposed, who exercise their free speech rights, either on the internet or through demonstrating or whatever, they could be considered a dangerous individual and be put in one of these detention camps.
United States is the Virginia Company, Owned by the Crown
In 1604, a corporation called the Virginia Company was formed in anticipation of the imminent influx of white Europeans, mostly British at first, into the North American continent. Its main stockholder was King James I and the original charter for the company was completed by April 10th 1606. The Virginia Company owned most of the land of what we now call the USA. The Virginia Company (The British Crown and the bloodline families) had rights to 50%, yes 50%, of all gold and silver mined on its lands, plus percentages of other minerals and raw materials, and 5% of all profits from other ventures. The lands of the Virginia Company were granted to the colonies under a Deed of Trust (on lease) and therefore they could not claim ownership of the land. They could pass on the perpetual use of the land to their heirs or sell the perpetual use, but they could never own it. Ownership was retained by the British Crown.
