This is an actual quarantine form from the Department of Public health. This is a universal form that is about to be served on YOU. This is a one way ticket to a FEMA CAMP. I prefer to call it concentration camp.

Many people in the freedom movement have whispered, shouted, talked and warned others about the unaccounted for FEMA facilities being built around the country for several years now. Well, it seems like congress is currently facing the issue of opening these facilities and to begin using them for their intended purposes.

The bill will serve as the authorization to open and declare what these facilities can be used for and what they are preparing to do.

The Bill (H.R 645) begins with the Establishment of National Emergency Centers which will mandate that Homeland Security use no fewer than six existing military facilities, in each of the existing FEMA regions, to provide aid to individuals and families in the event of a declared emergency or natural disaster. These facilities will also be to train law enforcement entities, as well as clergy and other entities that will prepare the average citizen for a major event.

These facilities will be required to be equipped for long term stays by citizens. The bill designates an initial funding estimate at 360 Billion dollars for a period of two years.

..and is related to keep our rights to bear arms. On the table now is ammunition accountability legislation, it’s in 18 states and it requires all ammunition to be encoded by the manufacturer in a database and including all ammunition sales. They will now know how much you buy and what calibers. Remember how Obama said he wasn’t going to take your guns? Well seems that his allies in the anti-gun world have no problem with taking your ammunition. According to ammunitionaccountability.org, the driving force behind this legislation, nobody can sell any ammunition after June 30, 2009, unless the ammunition is coded. Any privately held uncoded ammunition must be destroyed by July 1st, 2011… if they can deprive you of ammo they don’t need to take your guns.

…and a van pulled along side of me that turned out to be the property owner. And he greeted me and he was by himself. So we had a good little dialogue there and I asked him about the field of black boxes – what were they? Because I had never seen anything like that. His statement was that if he told me, I would be one of few people in Madison Georgia that knew about them. He says they’re disposable coffins, I believe he told me. And he says there’s 125,000 there. And they were stacked, he told me 15 high. I asked him who owned them and he said that the CDC owned them and they were leasing the land for storage. He said that his brother worked with the CDC in Atlanta and had been asked by the CDC to do a three year extension, to place temporary morgues all across the nation.

The next President’s going to inherit something more than a financial catastrophe. He’s going to inherit a shadow government which is essentially run by elected officials that can assume a power at any moment. This so called shadow government has been a long time coming; it’s not a new development. It’s been building up over the years, and now all it’s going to take is the right event, such as a terrorist attack for those in power – non-elected bureaucrats, to assume power and emerge from the shadows. Again, very very secret. President Bush in 2007 in a very stealth like fashion issued two directives setting up the continuity of government, which he doesn’t even need a terrorist attack to essentially take over the government and become a dictator. All that has to be declared is a national emergency which can be a catastrophe of any sort including the crash of Wall Street and people and people rioting on Wall Street and around the country. This could trigger the so called shadow government from emerging from the shadows. Under these directives if Bush declares martial law and the shadow government emerges he’ll become a dictator in the sense that he doesn’t have to reconvene the Supreme Court or Congress and most likely he won’t. As anybody who has studies George Bush and his actions over the last seven to eight years, he is not one that respects the Constitution.

The idea of putting people in detention camps is not so far fetched. Because several years ago, a subsidiary of the Haliburton Corporation, which has done a lot of the private contract work, and made a lot of money off the tax payers backs in so called rebuilding Iraq – was given a $385 Million contract to build concentration or detention camps in this country, supposedly for, and this has been the argument for illegal aliens or illegal immigrants and those kind of people, but the language is so vague in the contract that it could mean anyone even people who are politically opposed, who exercise their free speech rights, either on the internet or through demonstrating or whatever, they could be considered a dangerous individual and be put in one of these detention camps.

This becomes even more disturbing with the recent news of the deployment of military personnel on American soil for the first time. Under NORTHCOM which is a military command unit which was set up in 2002 to take control, again, if there was a natural disaster or some kind of national emergency where we would need to declare essentially martial law. The scary thing, and this has been detailed in a recent ArmyTimes article, is that these troops on American soil right now are being trained in police tactics – the use of batons, road blocks, tasers even – they’re going to become police. Well this is in direct violation of the 230 year old Posse Comitatus Law which says you’re not supposed to be, in this country, putting the military on the streets to be policemen. It’s a very dangerous thing to do because policemen and military personnel are trained to do two separate things. The police are supposedly trained to keep peace. Military soldiers are trained to kill; they’re trained to fight the enemy. And that’s the danger of all this. And this is actually happening in America.

Is it far fetched to imagine that these U.N. “peace keeping” forces would be used against American citizens? The 502nd, another unit from Fort Campbell Kentucky, is shown here arriving as peacekeepers in Somalia wearing their U.N. blue berets and insignia. Shortly thereafter this same unit the 502nd was in Arkansas practicing house to house searches and seizures in a joint U.N. training mission called “Agile Provider” in the Spring of 1994.

On the border between the U.S. and Canada we see the U.N.’s flag flying between the U.S. and Canadian flags. Throughout cities in America U.N. flags are popping up outside government buildings. But, perhaps most disturbing, was this letter received by New American Magazine detailing a survey given to Marines at Twentynine Palms base. We confirmed this survey was given to Army special operations recruits. The survey asked troops whether they would swear to the following code: I am a United Nations fighting person. I serve in the forces which maintain world peace and every nation’s way of life. I am prepared to give my life in their defense.

We found that these state facilities are being built in the middle of U.S. Army property. Not just in Indiana, but other states, as people send us pictures of such facilities in their states, such as this facility in Brighton Michigan. You see not only the black vans here but curiously there are reverse swastikas carved into each end of the roof.

We also began to receive information about the Federal Emergency Management Agency known as FEMA, such as this FEMA facility in Texas. FEMA operations are divided into ten regions, as we were told in this letter from FEMA. The American public has been led to believe that FEMA is for disaster relief operations. Yet, if we look as military manuals, such as FM-41-30, the U.S. Army Civil Affairs and Operations manual, you’ll find the details about who FEMA really is. The government doesn’t want this information out as because you cans see the manual says to destroy is by any means that will prevent its dissemination.

FEMA implements overall concepts and policy guidance, and directs activities for nationwide planning and preparedness, for emergencies during peace and war. It also develops plans systems for protection of the U.S. populous, government, and industry, and for stabilization of the economy in time of emergency.

None of this sounds too sinister until you find out what FEMA has done with 96% of its budget. FEMA has built prisons around the country, and they’ve also built underground facilities. It actually turns out that they are the key agency to implement a plan known as Operation Garden Plot, the plan to put American citizens in prison camps. Under executive order 12919, signed by Bill Clinton on June 3, 1993, presidential authority under a 1950s defense production act was delegated to the secretaries of defense, agriculture, treasury, and commerce to seize all civilian property for the government solely by declaring necessary for national defense.

A globalist is someone who believes in globalism and globalism, essentially is the drive for one world government, one world military, one world economy, which on a broad philosophical basis may not be that bad after all we are one humanity living on one planet, and frankly I can see the day coming when somebody’s going to say ‘where do you come from?’ and you’ll say ‘I’m from Earth.’ But the problem is we are being pushed into globalism by secrecy and by deceit and nobody’s getting a chance to consider the ramifications, or consider the methodology that’s being used to push us into this globalization.

You think the purpose of education is reading, writing, and arithmetic? The purpose of education is to change the thoughts, actions, and feelings of students. Hitler wanted to control the educational system in Germany… Stalin did in Russia, Mao Zedong in China. You have to get a hold of the minds of the young where you break the person’s values. You break their understanding of their individuality. You bring them to consensus with the group. They become a member of the collective. It’s Soviet education basically.

I think it’s important to understand that most of the educational programs that are implemented in the United States stem from the National Education Association. And, the NEA was actually founded by John D. Rockefeller. And John D. Rockefeller, I think, voiced the beliefs of this ruling elite that wants to try to homogenize our education system when he was quoted as saying ‘I don’t want a nation of thinkers – I want a nation of workers’. So I think the education system is not only pushing people into a socialized version of government, but also dumbing the individual down to the point to where he’ll be a good worker in the factory or he’ll be a good worker in silicon valley – he may know a lot about computers, but he is not gonna’ have a classic education that would allow him to take all of the facets of the culture and society and put it together and really form an intelligent opinion as to to what’s going on and what might be in the best interest of the individual.

Media blackout is nothing more than media control. It is the determination of what the public will hear, what they will not hear. And how to make it sound in such a way that the public will accept it. And it is totally against everything this country stands for. But, the average person doesn’t even know that they’re experiencing it anytime they turn on the T.V.

Ok. We say we’ve got freedom of the press in this country. And some folks have said you’ve got freedom of press as long as you own it. Well who owns the media? And, when I say that, I mean not literally, but as far as who controls the information that goes out in the media. Example: NBC is owned by General Electric. And General Electric is one of the top ten if not one of the top five defense contractors. Is NBC going to expose a news story that might in some way impede a contract negotiation which could mean a lot of money for General Electric? I don’t think so. So the point here is that we have elected officials, both republicrats and demopublicans, that cater to who?…certainly not the common people. We don’t have the huge amounts of money to contribute to their election campaigns. The people that contribute the most amount of money are the corporations. So that representative, or senator, is going to do what is going to be in the best interest of those corporations. So if the corporations are controlling and influencing our elected officials we must also take a look at the mainstream media. Who pays the bulk of the advertising dollars that keep the mainstream network news going..it’s the major corporations. So what we have now is we have corporate control of elected officials, corporate control of the media…and this is why now some people are calling it the corporate Borg because they have assimilated several different areas of our entire society. The corporations control agriculture, technology, manufacturing, industry, education, communication. They control our elected officials. This is not a government by and for the people. It is a government of, by, and for the corporation. And by definition when business controls government that is inescapably fascism.

If they’re gonna’ have a global system of government, what type of government would that be? Of course, there are those now that are touting the UN is the only answer, because our system is all flawed and our leaders are all screwed up and there’s too much corruption here. Well they want to bring forward this world government through the UN Charter. Many people that support the UN Charter have never read it. And if they had read it and figured out where it came from, and compared the UN Charter to the United States Constitution they’ll find that they’re absolutely repugnant. You can’t have them coexisting. So common sense tells me that if the globalists want a one world government, they have to destroy the United States Constitution and our way of life. And, they’ve got to do so in such a way that we’ll actually embrace it.

The average American would be shocked to find out there is something called COINTELPRO. The FBI’s covert action programs against American citizens. That’s the name of their document – the government document, not my rendition of it. In fact it is report 94-755 called Supplementary Detailed staff reports of intelligence activities and the rights of Americans—–. This is a hearing that occurred in 1976. Now, some notable people that sat on this hearing: Philip Hart, Walter Mondale, Gary Hart, Howard Baker, Barry Goldwater, and Richard Schweiker. Now, this senate report tells what the FBI was doing against the American citizens, literally. Here is their statement. COINTELPRO began in 1956 in part because of the frustration with the supreme court rulings limiting the government’s power to precede overtly against dissident groups. It ended in 1971 with the threat of public exposure. But in the intervening fifteen years the bureau conducted, their terms, a sophisticated vigilante operation aimed squarely at preventing the exercise of First Amendment rights of speech and association. This is incredible. When you look at this and when I was able to get a copy of this document, which is over three thousand pages long, I was shocked.

One of the things we’re doing is developing all sorts of technology. Not to spy on the Russians, not to spy on the Chinese, not to spy on Osama Bin Laden, but to control the American people. We have satellites… are they monitoring what’s going on in Russia or China today? Or, are they watching what’s going on in the United States. We have a program known as Echelon where they listen to every telephone call, every email, record every fax here in the United States. And all of this is done by computers. All of these messages are kept indefinitely on computer disks. What the American people must understand is that the massive amounts of money we are spending on defense is not to protect America, but ultimately used to control the American population as we move from freedom to fascism.

This facility was supposed to have closed in June of 1993, yet instead several million dollars in federal funds have been spent on supposed renovations over the past 2 years. Helicopter wind socks and markers are evident throughout the property. This small building is the only way in to a particular fenced area. Inside this building we see more of the motion activated detectors, electronic turn styles, and prison bars.

On September 11 America was attacked. Suddenly on September 12, according to John Ashcroft and George Bush, 270 million Americans became the suspects.

…we were then threatened a 2nd time with arrests for filming on the New York subway… and a woman who is separate from our group had her film camera taken, smashed, and the film destroyed. The footage you’re about to see was shot clandestinely as the police took action against us.. we took a picture of a homeless person, felt sorry for her, and gave her some money.and then we were promptly almost arrested by Port Authority Police in a subway

if those people are gonna be in heaven back there… if those people the ones who have armaments on their poster and everything..if they’re gonna be in heaven, I’m ready to go to hell

in Alabama, the Alabama defense force comes out, forms cordons around whole cities during different festivals, and searches every man, woman, and child… training them how to live in a high tech police state.
