Under a program sponsored by the Department of Homeland Security, police officers were trained to go door to door removing people from their homes with deadly force if necessary, escorting the people to school buses, and being delivered to a decontamination area, usually at a school or local church where the subjects will be hosed down, scrubbed down, given a series of vaccinations and held prisoner until they can be transferred to a more secure facility. The Department of Homeland Security has these programs embedded in the policing communities across the United States just waiting for orders to be given.

You don’t really need to round people up in FEMA camps if you can simply lock them down. I’ll give you one example. The city of Cambridge, I recently interviewed on my radio program a city council member from Cambridge who had given back money that was used to install video cameras. Federal money for video cameras at all the points of egress from Cambridge. And she said why do we need this, and the answer was, well in the event that we have to shut Cambridge down and keep people in, we need to know what the routes are out of the city so we can set up checkpoints and keep people from leaving.

The flu virus, or any type of biological threat, is the perfect cover for martial law and control. Because it’s something that makes everyone a potential threat. It makes everyone a potential carrier, everyone a potential “terrorist” carrying the terrorist virus. This helps us submit to tyranny, it helps us suspect our neighbors. It helps us see our government as our savior and the arbiter. And it divides the people against each other. Those “crazy people” as the CFR has said, that don’t want to take the shots verses the reasonable people that trust their government and understand that we’re supposed to roll up our sleeves when we’re given that order.

The crisis of September 11 saw a major shift in security and other legislation and has nearly singlehandedly brought about the end of privacy in the United States. USA Patriot Act 1 and 2 intruded on no less than 5 of the first 10 Bill of Rights. The John Warner Defense Act saw the end of Posse Comitatus. The Military Commissions Act saw the end of Habeas Corpus. And the REAL ID Act, attached to an emergency appropriations bill, passed with virtually no debate. Also passed during this time and attributed to the need for tighter security was the FISA Amendment Act which gave retroactive immunity to the major telecoms for their role in turning over massive amounts of cell and email communications to United States security agencies at their request. No warrant needed.

It’s not a stretch of the imagination. In fact it’s already beginning to happen where people are being given RFID chips, so that we can, you know, scan you. Now, they always try to present a good reason for doing that. Well, we’ll have your entire medical history. If you fall down unconscious, the doctors will know who you are, what drugs you’re allergic to, they’ll be able to treat you more efficiently because they have all this information. Well, the opposite is also true. If the government has all this information on you, they can also manipulate you by the use of that information. you won’t be allowed to get a job, you won’t be able to buy food, you won’t be allowed to perform any economic transactions unless you have the government RFID chip and are approved. This is one of the things that people have been worried about for a long time. The technology now exists.

Governments are notorious for creating panic to get public support for legislation and emergency measures that the population would not otherwise consider. The United States government is no different. Whether it concerns war with other nations, battling a disaster in our own country, or control over the population during natural or health emergencies, governments instill fear to coerce the population to give up their rights in order to cooperate. The mainstream media is complicit in exciting panic among the people as well. The media’s role during the H1N1 flu scare was clear. The plans are already in place to force the non-compliant public to cooperate. You can be removed from your home by force is necessary, mandatorily quarantined and vaccinated against your will. Your children can be removed from schools and taken to “safe” yet undisclosed locations until it is deemed safe for their return. This is all under the guise of protecting our nation. What has happened to our free country? Little by little we are losing our constitutional rights, yet most Americans are paying little or no attention. People do not understand that these egregious powers are not being proposed, they are already in place, ready for federal, state, or local officials to act upon during a state of emergency. You will not get a say. You will lose your freedom to speak out. You will lose your right to privacy as troops force their way into your home to search without a warrant. You will lose your right to be secure in your home, even if you have plenty of supplies and are prepared to stay. You will lose your right to be armed as troops go door to door, person to person, confiscating your legally owned firearms. You will see military in the streets of this country carrying out the will of an unrestrained government as they round up free U.S. citizens. Some state governments passed measures to forcibly quarantine residents, incarcerate those who refuse to be vaccinated, and to forcibly vaccinate your children. Legislation like this passed during the much hyped H1N1 flu outbreak.
Training has already occurred to carry out many of these measures, reminiscent of the forcing from their homes and the internment of U.S. citizens during WWII. All of this has already happened on U.S. soil. How will you be able to defend your family? How will you react when they cart your children off to an undisclosed location because the government thinks it can protect your children better than you? Will your families survival be up to you, or will it be up to an out of control government and its alphabet agencies, most of which have failed the American people over and over again? Are you going to blindly follow a government that has shown time and time again it has no respect for your constitutional rights? These rights are inalienable and cannot be taken, we cannot give them up, yet Congress and various administrations encroach on our rights all the time. Will you give up your family willingly? Will voluntarily become a captive of one of these quarantines or detention camps? What will you do? Will you go quietly?

Unfortunately I believe one among several plans to ensure that the government’s edict of mandated vaccinations, and by the way the state of Oklahoma last week passed through it’s house just such a law for the state of Oklahoma and its residents that everyone will be vaccinated in the state of Oklahoma. Now having said that, there are also plans that will ensure that do not freely travel nor will you be able to really go anywhere without proof that you have had the vaccination, at the point the government mandates, that certain levels of the population take the inoculation. When that happens, I have been told by state troopers across the country, that there are plans ready to be implemented that would include roadblocks at choke points as we call them – major interstate junctions around major interstate cities and so forth, where the greatest number of people can be held until they are either can prove their vaccination by papers.

Hello I’m Dr. Leonard Horowitz, and this is an urgent news bulletin about a new flu that is said to be making its way from Mexico into the United States as I broadcast. Skyrocketing stock values at Novavax, Inc. precipitated by dozens of flu deaths in Mexico implicates a leading Anglo-American network of genetic engineers in a conspiracy to commit genocide. Dr. James S. Robertson, England’s leading bioengineer of flu viruses for the vaccine industry. An avid promoter of U.S. government funding for lucrative biodefense contracts, along with collaboraters at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (the CDC) helped Novavax, Inc. in Bethesda Maryland, produce genetically modified recombinants of the avian, swine, and Spanish flu viruses, H5N1 and H1N1 – Nearly identical to the unprecedented Mexican virus that has now spread to the United States.

The outbreak was precisely timed to promote the company’s new research and huge vaccine stockpiling contracts. Scientists at the CDC are implicated through collaborations and publications involving private contracts with Novavax, a company that obtains its quote “biosimilars” through the CDC influenza branch director Ruben O. Donis and Dr. Rick Bright, previously working with Donis at the CDC, now Novavax’s vice president of global influenza programs.

Evidence for this conspiracy to commit deadly duplicity in the vaccine industry includes the genetic markers on the novel flu virus, now spreading from Mexico to America. The virus is quote “genetically different from the fully human H1N1 seasonal influenza virus that has been circulating globally for the past few years” endquote Reuters and government officials say. The new flu virus contains DNA typical to avian, swine and human viruses. Including elements from European and Asian swine viruses. This is a description that is pathoneumonic or diagnostic of a virus that came from Robertson’s circle of friends. No other group in the world takes H5N1 Asian flu infected chickens, brings them to Europe, extracts their DNA, combines their proteins with H5N1 viruses from the 1918 Spanish flu isolant, additionally additionally mixes in swine flu genes from pigs, then reverse engineers them to affect humans. The end product that Reuters describes could only end up in Mexico via the United States from Britain in care of the CDC. Ruben Donis at the CDC had to have sent them to Novavax where Rick Bright’s team, now implicated in a conspiracy to commit genocide, the mass killing of people for profit, has some explaining to do.

Under Codex every dairy cow on the planet must be treated with Monsanto’s recombinant bovine growth hormone. Furthermore, under Codex, every animal used for food on the planet, whether it has fins feet or feathers, must be treated with subclinical antibiotics.

Codex requires…mandates that all food be irradiated. Unless it’s eaten locally and raw. All food including organic food of course. So is it organic afterwards? Well of course the organics standards incredibly are low. The organic standards allow a farmer to use veterinary drugs including growth hormones, antibiotics etc…on animals and then at his whim reclassify them as organic…

…the Obama administration is considering implementing a new fall vaccination program against the flu. A plan that would require Americans to get not one, not two, but three flu shots.

But we trusted the scientists back in 1976 with the original swine flu shot, and a lot of people got sick.

Some people died, some people were paralyzed, and people remember the swine flu vaccine as a terrible disaster…

In February of 2007 Governor Perry of Texas mandated the HPV or Gardasil vaccine for 9 year old girls by executive order.

In the 1790s Edward Jenner invented vaccination. And he did it by observing that milk maids regular contact with cowpox, which was a common virus that was seen in the cattle industry, that those people who were exposed to those types of mild viruses rarely got severe cases of smallpox. So what he did was he inoculated the cowpox into a young boy who was subsequently exposed to the smallpox virus, and he found out that the young boy did not contract a full blown case of smallpox. Hence an entire vaccination industry was developed and born.
And it was based entirely on empirical evidence and observation. There was no understanding of immunity or how it worked and why it worked, that was centuries away. In fact right now in this day and age in 2008, we’re just beginning to understand the ramifications of this.

There’s no understanding of the impacts vaccines can have on the immune system, what sort of detrimental effects, what sort of side effects, what sort of health consequences can happen with all these vaccines and viruses being injected into your body. We’re just now beginning to understand this. So this has been going on since the early 1800s.

So this is something that has been going on for 150 years in order to promote vaccination, to instill fear in people of these diseases, and saying that ‘if I get these diseases I’m going to die so therefore the only way to protect myself from dying is to get a vaccine’. It’s been use in the media for a very long time.

So therefore it’s my opinion that the modern orthodox medical practice evolved from controlling vaccines and vaccination because t was the first medical intervention enforced by British law and now by U.S. law. So as medicine as a profession was starting to gel, and we were starting to see that there needed to be standardized training, standardized education, the foundation of that came out of the whole vaccination industry. And as physicians became known as the vaccinaters they had different clinics set up for vaccination. The money trade and the money that started to come from that. So I believe that it’s almost wrapped up in the DNA of the profession. It’s like the very founding parts of the profession. And why now if any parent or any other practitioner tries to question vaccines or parents go in and say I don’t want my children to have this, there is this vehement blow back by the doctors who administer them because it’s almost like challenging the very substance of medicine from which they came. And so it’s so entwined into the fabric of medicine that it’s very hard to unwind that.

After most children get past their 2, 4, 6 moths, 1 year and five year old vaccines, there’s this big gap of adolescence from like say 7 years of age, all the way up until adulthood that the vaccine industry through the pharmaceutical industry is looking at as their next market share. There’s a whole untapped market share of adolescence for which they can develop vaccines, and this is just the first of many.

This was the vaccination schedule as recently as 1985, so is you were born prior to 1985 or somewhere around that window, these were the vaccines that were available and given. Nothing was given at birth, a DPT vaccine which is diphtheria, pertussis, and tetanus was given at 2, 4, and 6 months. The oral polio vaccine was given the little drops under the tongue which has 3 different viruses in it, was given at 2,4, and 6 months. The MMR vaccine measles, mumps, and rubella was given all by itself out there at 15 months of age and there were some boosters that went along. So when you add up the total number of vaccines that were given, that’s about 18 vaccines by 6 months of age and 33 by the time children enter kindergarten. That’s not 18 shots, that’s 18 vaccines, because DPT, those are three different vaccines, but it’s given in one shot. The polio vaccine is 3 different vaccines but it’s administered all at one time.So those are the number of vaccines that were actually given.

Well these are what was given, this is as recent as 2003. We added hepatitis, we added Hib,we added a chicken pox vaccine which is varicella. We added Pneumococcal which is Prevnar. That was in 2003 and look out there at that age group at the 12 months to 15 moths. Remember what I said before, as recently as 1985, MMR was given all by itself. Now the MMR is given in combination with a whole bunch of other vaccines, and is frequently administered with the chicken pox vaccine, which is 4 live virus vaccines all at one time.
Now, this is how many vaccines were given as recently as 2006. Remember what I said before that there were 18 by 6 months of age and 33 by the time kids entered kindergarten. In 2006 it was 54 by the time of 6 months of age, and 80 by the time they entered kindergarten. And those were up to 24 individual shots. That was through 2006. Now this is 2008. Now in addition we’ve added the rotavirus, hepatitis A, a chickenpox booster, so now children will get 103 vaccines by the time they start kindergarten.

…we’re going to talk about what happened in the year 1930 in April. This is from documented archives, easily verifiable data. In the month of April of 1930, a company called Eli Lilly made a substance called thimerosal, also known as mercury. This thimerosal is used in different vaccines since the 1930s, is what’s called an adjuvant. An adjuvant is something that by definition increases the effectiveness per say of the virus or the bacteria that’s in the vaccination.

Now I need to give you a little bit of background as to who Ely Lilly, the founders of Eli Lilly, or the people that sat at the board of directors at that time. We go back and look at the directors of Eli Lilly we find a man named Prescott Bush, who is the father of George Herbert Walker Bush, who is the father of our current president George W. Bush. We find also that Prescott Bush had a number of very interesting people sitting on the board at that time. The father of Herbert Walker Bush’s Vice President, Dan Quayle, the Quayle family also sat on the board of directors at the time of Eli Lilly. Eli Lilly in 1930 published a series of experiments on this thimerosal product. And as I pulled and saw the results of this thimerosal study I was incredibly stunned. They inject the thimerosal into 22 people with spinal meningitis, all of which die immediately. However Eli Lilly publishes the study, and somehow claims that thimerosal, which is 50% toxic mercury by weight, is completely safe. Now that’s the first stage to be set.I’m linking here George W. Bush’s father George Herbert Walker Bush, his father Prescott Bush, to the very first studies of thimerosal and vaccinations back in 1930.

In 1972 I found the World Health Organization, also known as WHO, bulletin #47. This refers to the creation of an immune virus, and suggests that a useful way to study the effect would be quote “to put this virus into a vaccination program nationwide and observe the results”. Many people, many biochemists I have spoken with, have theorized that the World Health Organization used the smallpox vaccination program in Central Africa first of all for this study, and from there that’s what led into the spread of HIV, the infection. It coincides precisely with that most intense and recent smallpox vaccination campaign. So I’m here to tell you folks that in 1972, that smallpox experimentation was what led to the HIV/AIDS outbreak that is currently devastating Africa and which is currently a problem here i America as well. The virus requested, again this is the 1972 bulletin #47, says the virus requested would selectively destroy the human T-cell system. And let me say that’s exactly what the Human immuno-suppresent virus HIV actually does.

And we also need to talk about briefly what happened in December, 1976 to set the stage for what we call the bird flu hoax. We need to also look back at something called the swine flu hoax that happened in December of 1976. At Fort Dix New Jersey, a U.S. soldier died, one soldier died, the Centers for Disease Control at that time reported to the nation, to the world on the controlled media, that the American people were in danger of facing a swine flu pandemic that could kill millions of Americans. So what happened, the exact thing I wanted to outline that’s happening today happened back in 1976. The United States Centers for Disease Control mobilized, began purchasing massive mega doses of swine flu vaccination to inoculate all Americans if possible. Many many millions of dollars was spent by our government and enriched the pharmaceutical cartels for this swine flu vaccination.

A rider tacked on to the end of the Homeland Security bill amazingly confers immunity from liability prosecutions to Eli Lilly, Sanofi Pasteur and all other manufacturers of vaccines… maybe we can set he stage here. There are many other instances where the World Health Organization, which again is largely funded by Rockefeller Foundation, Ford Foundation, and the Rothschild Group in London, to absolutely control populations for specific political purposes worldwide. There is no doubt in my mind whatsoever. I can go on for the next half an hour to show specific programs designed to kill large amounts of people, and it does this in every single case, by means of vaccination introduction. We can see a pattern, a modus operandi, in this. Introduce a vaccine to unsuspecting population centers, cause massive sickness, massive death, massive panic, massive chaos, and then they step in and have the agenda completed. It’s the same old problem-reaction scenario. They create the problem, they dictate the response and then they have the prescribed action already made.

Let me just submit this. Fear, panic, and terror are largely caused by ignorance. Folks once a topic is completely understood, I submit there is much less anxiety, much less fear. And let me emphasize that the root word of pandemic is the word panic. Panic and pandemic are synonymous.

For the first time American men are drafted, forced basically into military service, and then deployed for training in bases in Spain. This is very important to understand. For the very first time in U.S. history, all new recruits, Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force, all new recruits are given mandatory vaccinations. one of which is a very broad influenza vaccination. Now, these service men did not have a choice. Either they got the vaccination or they went to the brig for 5 or 10 years of incarceration. The tragedy is to me the manufacturer of this forced vaccine is a man named John D Rockefeller who made literally millions of dollars in vaccine sales to the U.S. government.

In fact I’m going to tell you why that’s true. I just finished a special report called the Great HPV Vaccine Hoax…Exposed, and you can find it on Newstarget.com right now, it’s a free report, go check it out at Newstarget.com. I’m going to go through some of the highlights right here and show you what’s really going on with these HPV vaccines. It all starts with this company here, HiFi DNA Tech. This company has a device that actually detects HPV infections. They tried to get this re-classified by the FDA into a class II medical device, which would allow them to have it sold so they could sell it in the open market. To do that, they had to file a petition with the FDA. Now, that petition revealed some interesting documents, showing that the FDA knew in 2003, that in fact, HPV infections, that is the human papillomavirus infection, doesn’t cause cervical cancer. And I’m going to use the FDA’s own documents to show those to you. Here’s a document called, “FDA Approves Expanded Use of HPV Test”. You can find this on the FDA’s own website. This was released in 2003, it’s a press release. And it says quote, “most women who become infected with HPV are able to eradicate the virus and suffer no apparent long term consequences to their health, and that means eradicate it on their own without intervention, without a vaccine. It means that HPV infections are self limiting. The same press release also says that, “although the rate of infection in this group is high, most infections are short lived and not associated with cervical cancer”.

As the petition to the FDA states, and this is also found in the FDA archives, it is now generally agreed that identifying and typing HPV infection does not bear a direct relationship to stratification of the risk for cervical cancer. In other words, there’s no link between HPV and cervical cancer. We have all been lied to. We’ve been told that this virus causes cancer. And that in order to protect young girls from cancer, we have to give them a vaccine. Well, it turns out that not only is that not true, but in fact these vaccines may cause an increase in the risk of precancerous lesions in young girls. Yes you heard me correctly, that the vaccine may actually harm certain women. Now, here’s a study that supports that, it’s called the VRBPAC Background Document. This is also on the FDA’s website, I’ve got a link to it in my special report. And, in this document, read carefully, you will find that the authors of this study are very concerned about the risk of harm to women who receive the vaccine. They even title it “Concerns Regarding Primary Endpoint”. And, as it shows right here what I have circled, the observed efficacy is minus 44.6%. That means that the vaccine actually caused an increase in disease by 44.6%. Now that’s in certain subgroups of women, that’s not in all women, certain groups, but it means that the vaccine potentially poses as serious risks of harm to some women. And we’ve been told this vaccine is perfectly safe, right? We’ve been told, no problem, anyone can get the vaccine, they’ve even tried to promote this vaccine for young boys. Did anyone tell them that boys don’t have a cervix? People are crazy, they just try to promote these drugs for anything. It’s classic fear mongering and classic disease mongering for the sole purpose of selling more expensive pharmaceuticals and vaccines to people who don’t need them.

Edward Jenner, a country Doctor formulated the idea of vaccination fashioned after the old country tale, that those who got cowpox, were protected from smallpox. In order to test this theory upon May 14, 1796 he removed from fluid from Sara Nelmes hand, which had cow pox lesion and injected it into the arms of James Phipps who was a healthy 8 year old boy. Later, Jenner injected the boy with small pox, when James did not come down with small pox, Jenner concluded “The cow pox protects the human constitution from the infection of small pox”. That is the entire basis upon which the entire field of vaccination grew.

It has always been about better food and better living conditions and never has it been about medical intervention.

In the united states the number of mandatory vaccine injections has risen to 36 per child. Each of these injections contains a neurotoxic such as aluminum, formaldehyde, aborted fetal tissue, animal byproducts, heavy metals, and many others. What happens to a child’s fragile immune systems when it’s overloaded with these toxins?

The United States uses more vaccines than any country in the world. We have the most highly vaccinated population, particularly the child population in the world. It projected to be a $20 billion business by the year 2020.

We are given journals to read with articles reporting of results of study’s that are primary bought and paid for by the pharmaceutical industry. We have drug reps come to our office and bring us cushy little meals, and give us a spiel about a drug which they learned in a weekend seminar, and doctors are getting this as their major source of information.

In more than 26 states there is a movement to mandate that girls as young as 11 have the Gardasil vaccine. Gardasil is the Merck produced vaccine designed to protect against 4 of over 100 strings of the human papillomavirus (HPV) virus. However, according to the lead researcher Doctor Diane Harper, of Dartmouth Medical School, “Giving it to 11 years old is a great big public experiment. It is silly to mandate vaccination of 11 and 12 year old girls. There’s not enough evidence gathered on the side effects to know that safety is not an issue”. In addition she has stated that Gardasil was never fully tested on young girls, all of the trials were with girls 15 to 25 years old, and in her personal opinion the vaccine should only be used with girls 18 and up.

They are invited into these meetings to all sit there and talk about how they can keep selling the idea to the American public that vaccines are safe. That’s why they hold so many vaccine meetings because they don’t want the immunization program to fold, because its a multibillion dollar industry.

At the same time the government tells us its safe and necessary. There’s a government program called the Nation Vaccine Injury Compensation Program, which compensates the family’s of children who were injured and killed by vaccination to the tune of $200 million a year. It’s illegal in this country to sue the pharmaceutical and the physicians for injuries caused by vaccinations, and if your child is killed or injured you have to go to the government for a government handout and compensation.

One courageous New York State physician, a lady who wanted to tell the truth about vaccination, was told that she was delusional by the very same Federal Agency, the CDC that we now know, accepted vaccine recommendations from a professional committee that over half of its members from pharmaceutical companies that made those vaccinations, and allowed for years deadly mercury toxins to be included in the 29 vaccinations that they claim our children need.

These parents have no way to take care of these kids. These drug companies just keep lying. The media will repeat their lies that there is no cause and the FDA and CDC did know. In 1999 there was a secret meeting and they decided they weren’t going to let the people know, they were going to keep it a secret.

Doctor Orenstein, on page 1 and 2, he gives his introduction, “My name is Walter Orenstein, thank all of you for coming here taking time out of your very busy schedules to spend the next day and a half with us. Those who don’t know, initial concerns were raised last summer that mercury, as methylmercury in vaccines, might exceed safe levels.” There is a very limited pharmaco-genetic data concerning methelmercury. There is very limited data on its blood levels. There is no data on its excretion. It is recognized to both cross placenta and blood brain barrier. The data on its toxicity methylmercury is sporous. It is primarily recognized as a cause to hypersensitivity. Acutely, it can cause neurological and renal toxicity including death from overdose. Then, Doctor Johnson, on page 198 of the document says, “My gut feeling, it worries me enough, forgive this personal comment but I got called out at 8 o’clock for an emergency call. My daughter in law delivered a son by c-section our first male on the line of our next generation and I do not want that grandson to get a Thimerosal containing vaccine until we know better what is going on. It will probably take a long time. In the meantime, and I know there are probably implications for this internationally. But, in the meantime, I think I want that grandson to only be given Thimerosal free vaccines.” That horrifies me. These people sat in this meeting, knowing how harmful this was, and they were able to sit there and protect their own families from the devastating effects of mercury in vaccines. Yet, they told me and the rest of America that it was ok. That’s criminal, that should not happen. These people should be held accountable for what they’ve done.

This is not Communist China, where the collective good is invoked in order to commit human rights abuses and devalue the life of the individual. This is America where we have the right to have choices and to make decisions about the health of our children and our families.

In 1963, as the plot to assassinate John F. Kennedy was being hatched, a global policy think tank met at Iron Mountain near Hudson NY to discuss a possibilities for economic sustainability in a world without war. You may have heard it said that money makes the world go round. Well most intelligent people knew at that time that war economies kept bankers and businessmen most profitable. So the big question asked and answered in the Report From Iron Mountain on the desirability and possibility of peace regarded the possibility of transitioning into the 21st century, keeping growing populations manageable and large corporations in business. The participants at Iron Mountain considered the functions of war as necessary for political, economic, and social progress. ‘The functions of war’ they wrote are quote ‘essential to the survival of social systems we know today’ end quote. Under political requirements the report stated ‘A viable political substitute for war must posit a generalized external menace to each society of a nature and degree sufficient to require the organization and acceptance of political authority.’ In other words a form of controlled life with threats other than large scale devastating wars was considered. A way to destroy populations without destroying expensive infrastructures, roads, utilities, and real estate as in past world wars.
This report provided economic substitutes for war and suggesting developing a comprehensive social welfare program and a giant open ended space research program, both of which we have today.
Political substitutes for war included quote ‘an omnipresent international police force’ — end quote…the current global war on terrorism assures this. And fictitious alternate enemies about which this documentary speaks is evident in today’s focus on terrorism.

Ecological bioterrorism and human genetic destruction was also recommended by the report from Iron Mountain think tank. They suggested a quote ‘comprehensive program of applied eugenics’ end quote. That means genetically culling and killing perceived social misfits, or having them die from environmental toxicity. And reports cultural replacements in science included, besides space research and social welfare, this concept of eugenic genetic control. In essence these policy analysts, representing global industrialists, concluded that viable alternatives to traditional warfare could be made available to keep the world’s economies going and the burgeoning populations controlled.

Consistent with the report from Iron Mountain, United States government records show a definitive genetics eugenics depopulation campaign was well under way by the early 1970′s. Here for instance is a copy of a National Security Memorandum 200 (NSSM 200) which called for massive Third World depopulation. This was compiled by request of America’s nuclear weapons guru Dr. Henry Kissinger, the National Security Adviser under Richard Nixon, overseeing the CIA, the FBI and Foreign Policy.
