Under a program sponsored by the Department of Homeland Security, police officers were trained to go door to door removing people from their homes with deadly force if necessary, escorting the people to school buses, and being delivered to a decontamination area, usually at a school or local church where the subjects will be hosed down, scrubbed down, given a series of vaccinations and held prisoner until they can be transferred to a more secure facility. The Department of Homeland Security has these programs embedded in the policing communities across the United States just waiting for orders to be given.

You don’t really need to round people up in FEMA camps if you can simply lock them down. I’ll give you one example. The city of Cambridge, I recently interviewed on my radio program a city council member from Cambridge who had given back money that was used to install video cameras. Federal money for video cameras at all the points of egress from Cambridge. And she said why do we need this, and the answer was, well in the event that we have to shut Cambridge down and keep people in, we need to know what the routes are out of the city so we can set up checkpoints and keep people from leaving.

The flu virus, or any type of biological threat, is the perfect cover for martial law and control. Because it’s something that makes everyone a potential threat. It makes everyone a potential carrier, everyone a potential “terrorist” carrying the terrorist virus. This helps us submit to tyranny, it helps us suspect our neighbors. It helps us see our government as our savior and the arbiter. And it divides the people against each other. Those “crazy people” as the CFR has said, that don’t want to take the shots verses the reasonable people that trust their government and understand that we’re supposed to roll up our sleeves when we’re given that order.

The crisis of September 11 saw a major shift in security and other legislation and has nearly singlehandedly brought about the end of privacy in the United States. USA Patriot Act 1 and 2 intruded on no less than 5 of the first 10 Bill of Rights. The John Warner Defense Act saw the end of Posse Comitatus. The Military Commissions Act saw the end of Habeas Corpus. And the REAL ID Act, attached to an emergency appropriations bill, passed with virtually no debate. Also passed during this time and attributed to the need for tighter security was the FISA Amendment Act which gave retroactive immunity to the major telecoms for their role in turning over massive amounts of cell and email communications to United States security agencies at their request. No warrant needed.

It’s not a stretch of the imagination. In fact it’s already beginning to happen where people are being given RFID chips, so that we can, you know, scan you. Now, they always try to present a good reason for doing that. Well, we’ll have your entire medical history. If you fall down unconscious, the doctors will know who you are, what drugs you’re allergic to, they’ll be able to treat you more efficiently because they have all this information. Well, the opposite is also true. If the government has all this information on you, they can also manipulate you by the use of that information. you won’t be allowed to get a job, you won’t be able to buy food, you won’t be allowed to perform any economic transactions unless you have the government RFID chip and are approved. This is one of the things that people have been worried about for a long time. The technology now exists.

Governments are notorious for creating panic to get public support for legislation and emergency measures that the population would not otherwise consider. The United States government is no different. Whether it concerns war with other nations, battling a disaster in our own country, or control over the population during natural or health emergencies, governments instill fear to coerce the population to give up their rights in order to cooperate. The mainstream media is complicit in exciting panic among the people as well. The media’s role during the H1N1 flu scare was clear. The plans are already in place to force the non-compliant public to cooperate. You can be removed from your home by force is necessary, mandatorily quarantined and vaccinated against your will. Your children can be removed from schools and taken to “safe” yet undisclosed locations until it is deemed safe for their return. This is all under the guise of protecting our nation. What has happened to our free country? Little by little we are losing our constitutional rights, yet most Americans are paying little or no attention. People do not understand that these egregious powers are not being proposed, they are already in place, ready for federal, state, or local officials to act upon during a state of emergency. You will not get a say. You will lose your freedom to speak out. You will lose your right to privacy as troops force their way into your home to search without a warrant. You will lose your right to be secure in your home, even if you have plenty of supplies and are prepared to stay. You will lose your right to be armed as troops go door to door, person to person, confiscating your legally owned firearms. You will see military in the streets of this country carrying out the will of an unrestrained government as they round up free U.S. citizens. Some state governments passed measures to forcibly quarantine residents, incarcerate those who refuse to be vaccinated, and to forcibly vaccinate your children. Legislation like this passed during the much hyped H1N1 flu outbreak.
Training has already occurred to carry out many of these measures, reminiscent of the forcing from their homes and the internment of U.S. citizens during WWII. All of this has already happened on U.S. soil. How will you be able to defend your family? How will you react when they cart your children off to an undisclosed location because the government thinks it can protect your children better than you? Will your families survival be up to you, or will it be up to an out of control government and its alphabet agencies, most of which have failed the American people over and over again? Are you going to blindly follow a government that has shown time and time again it has no respect for your constitutional rights? These rights are inalienable and cannot be taken, we cannot give them up, yet Congress and various administrations encroach on our rights all the time. Will you give up your family willingly? Will voluntarily become a captive of one of these quarantines or detention camps? What will you do? Will you go quietly?

July 1947 Roswell, New Mexico. Wreckage of an unknown craft litters a field measuring almost a mile long and hundreds of yards wide. The U.S. Army sends trucks filled with soldiers to the location. Their mission, to secure and retrieve everything from the crash site. The military initially calls the craft a flying disc in a press release. The Army quickly recants the UFO story, and a press conference is scheduled in which the media is told that the wreckage is nothing more than a weather balloon. But according to many UFO researchers, at the same time the press is distracted with supposedly fake debris, the actually Roswell wreckage, and possibly other retrieved items, are taken under military control. They are surreptitiously flown almost 1500 miles away to a military base in Dayton Ohio called Wright Field. According to UFO legend, its precise destination is a hangar on the base, Hangar 18.

For more than half a century, similar stories have surfaced about UFO wreckage, alien bodies, secret underground cryogenic chambers, and a mysterious hangar at the base. Wright Field would grow and be renamed Wright-Patterson Air Force base, but questions about the base and its legendary Hangar 18 would remain. If these claims are true, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, one of the largest and most important in America’s military, could be ground zero for recovered UFO material. Not only was debris from many UFO crashes allegedly shipped to the base, but from the late 1940s until the end of the late 1960s, all reports regarding UFOs were conducted at Wright-Patterson for the military’s official UFO investigation Project Blue Book.

March 25, 1948, Aztec, New Mexico. What starts as a normal day for local oil workers, turns into an encounter with the unknown. As they approach the western edge of the mesa, a large silver object grabs their attention. When the oil workers got to the mesa there was a disc approximately 100 feet in diameter. Because the ship is found in tact, it appears to be a landing as opposed to a crash. Except for a shattered pothole, there isn’t any immediate sign of damage. Doug Noland reported to me he saw two bodies, through the porthole, slumped over. Within hours trucks arrive, supposedly from Camp Hale Colorado. It appears the U.S. government has another UFO incident to content with. According to the eye witnesses, the Army recovers between 14 and 16 badly burned alien bodies from the craft.

Wright-Patterson Air Force Base is honeycombed with below ground level facilities. These pits were dug in various configurations and were deep enough that if covered over would’ve made an ideal remote examination laboratory for somebody trying to examine alien artifacts that had been recovered elsewhere.

By interviewing various Air Force personnel who were supposedly granted access to the top secret underground vault, Collins felt he was able to confirm many of the rumors. The biggest kept secret was the huge cryogenics networks that were required to support and preserve these bodies, and I understand it was quite extensive. They were huge cryogenic storage tubes that these so called 3’4″ – 3’6″ aliens were kept in these canisters under cryogenic temperatures.

What actually lies beneath Wright-Patterson may be impossible to confirm. The Air Force Base operates under the highest security, keeping access to the base and these vaults secret from almost everyone, even their own. The secrecy goes all the way to the top. It’s a question of absolutely the highest level of classification that exists in the United States Government as far as I know. A formally classified memo from mid-July 1947 points to FBI director J. Edgar Hoover showing immense interest in a retrieved craft, and his frustration about being kept out of the loop – “We must insist upon full access to discs recovered. The Army grabbed it and would not let us have it for closer examination.” The memo was written just days after the Roswell New Mexico wreckage was taken to Wright Field. If J. Edgar Hoover couldn’t get access to the contents of Hangar 18, how high did the secrecy go. In a 1994 interview with Larry King on TNT, Senator Barry Goldwater detailed his attempt to visit Hangar 18, “I think at Wright-Patterson, if you could get into certain places you’d find out what the Air Force and the government does know about UFOs.”

Perhaps many of the legends about Hangar 18 are actually a cover-up for top secret military programs. I think it’s important to keep in mind that the government, in association with Air Force OSI counter intelligence division, would really like to extend the alien myth as a cover to hide their own deep black programs. Well it means that they want everyone to believe that what you’re seeing out there is extraterrestrial and we do not have the technology to duplicate what we’re seeing in the skies. I think to the extent that they can confuse or disinform folks about flying discs and make it look like a terrestrial innovation, the more they’ll do that. It’s in the government’s best interest to distribute disinformation if you want to keep and secret, secret.

Dr Eastlund hasn’t been sitting around either. He’s got other projects that he’s been working on that are quite interesting. And one of those recently in fact of October 2005, he presented a paper at Penn State on weather modification utilizing gravitational waves. Now what’s important about this paper, extremely important about this paper is that it talks about being able to modify weather using 1600 times less energy than was anticipated for weather modifications applications using HAARP. In other words, 1600 times less energy than was once thought to be needed, it’s now understood by him, as a physicist, in a major university presentation, to be possible. Now when you think about weather modification, one of the other things that happened with Dr Eastlund is he was invited by the European Space Agency to do a paper on weather modification using the HAARP systems, that was completed in 1999 and presented for peer review at a major space expo in Europe. Coming off of that paper, FEMA and NASA contracted with Dr Eastlund to prepare a paper utilizing space based technologies, satellite based technologies for weather modification applications. And one of the things that he saw and that he mentions in both of these papers, is for instance being able to affect tornadoes. And the idea of tornadoes, you know you have a warm front coming into contact with a cold front, and when they come together you get a sheering force that causes that twisting action where you get the tornado formation. So the idea of Eastlund was, if you could heat the cold front sufficiently, that when these two fronts connected you didn’t get that energy differential to create that tornado formation, you could essentially knock out tornadoes. The problem is of course if you missed and you heat the already heated area so that there’s even a greater differential when it encounters the cold front, you have more energy available to create even a more destructive tornado. The fact of the matter is other governments around the world have taken this very seriously, including our own, and has invested a significant amount of money, to look at how to affect these things.

There’s a couple of other applications of HAARP that I want to talk a little bit about. The first one, and these are the two probably most controversial areas of HAARP, the first one deals with the idea of manipulating weather systems. And this is a very important issue. Because, again, you’re dealing with concepts that have been attempted over the years. In fact these days you’ve actually got the United States Congress, two bills pending, one in the Senate one in the House, to create a commission for review of weather modification technology, because commercial interests are now advancing them along with other militaries from around the world. So you’ve got economic interest interested as much as the military in controlling weather outcomes, and climate outcomes for obvious advantage and reasons. But it creates problems, and here’s what happens with HAARP. HAARP is actually capable of, in fact the early versions were called ionospheric heaters because they literally would heat the ionosphere. And when you think of this area being heated, it’s about 30 miles in diameter above the facility itself. And when you heat the area by affecting this region, you literally push it up. So it goes up and out into space perhaps as far as 200 kilometers. Instead of being 30 miles above the Earth’s surface, now you’re almost a couple hundred miles potentially out into space with this column. And the lower atmosphere below rushes in to fill that space. Now what happens then? Firstly, any satellite that was a low orbiting satellite, zipping through space, hits this area, hits this energized area that’s supposed to be there then all the sudden it encounters friction and the satellite burns up and it crashes, so as an anti-satellite technology. The Russians, the Strategic Studies Institute in London reported, that they had actually looked at Russian papers that had a concept for incoming comets and asteroids. You know most of these things when they come into our atmosphere, they burn up. Because you’ve got this 30 miles where these objects are coming in at such high velocities, they encounter friction and they begin to burn up and break up and nothing ever hits the Earth. But big objects make it to ground and big problems can occur accordingly. But think about, instead of 30 miles, maybe having 210 miles of range and distance of atmosphere to break up those incoming objects. Much larger objects could be destroyed in that way. That was some of the research the Russians had done utilizing the technology and their heaters back in the 70s.

What happened in all of this development was this excitement from ARCO because here it was they were going to make money on gas they could never make money on before. But what happened is, the company went through some controversies, some changes, the company eventually sold. Actually ARCo’s no longer here. But the company itself, a subsidiary was later sold to another organization called E-Systems. And E-Systems was the subject of Washington Post reports back in the early 90s. They predominantly were, at that time, a $2.1 billion dollar company, with the vast majority of their income derived from what are called black projects. Projects so secret even the U.S. Congress doesn’t know what they’re funding. And the citations regarding that are also in the book Angels Don’t Play This HAARP. The point is, this company ends up with the patents and the subsidiary, and what did they do? They sold out. They sold to none other than Raytheon Corporation, the losing bigger on the first project in the beginning. So Raytheon ends up with the intellectual property, they end up with that project and later sold to British Aerospace, which is an interesting change of events and that was in 2003. The project also shifted in 2003 from the Navy and the Air Force over to DAARPA which is the defense department’s research agency that deals with, again, very very classified research and projects.

But let’s get back to some of the other applications of HAARP and some of the other things that it can do. One of the other applications that came up early on is the idea of what’s called earth penetrating tomography. Let me make that really simple. By analogy, it would be like X-raying the Earth, or looking into the Earth several kilometers or several miles deep to look at underground structures, or mineral deposits, nuclear facilities, tunnels, mining facilities, all those kinds of things can be detected by Earth penetrating tomography. Now, the way that this would work with HAARP is really unique, and this again going back to Dr. Eastlund’s patents. By sending this energy up, this focused energy up into the ionosphere, what they can do is they can pulse the energy so it acts like a punch. So it’s punching the ionosphere with this force that causes the ionosphere to vibrate in resonance in harmony with this signal on the ground.

Brooks Agnew is an interesting guy. He’s a specialist in earth penetrating tomography and actually there’s an article by him posted on my website at www.earthpulse.com. At that site you can read the article in detail. But basically what he found is back during the 80s and 90s he was doing work in Earth penetrating tomography for the oil industry. And what he was able to do, is with 30 watts of power, which is nothing compared to 1 billion watts of effective radiated power with HAARP. But, with 30 watts of power he was able to get profiles of ground strata several kilometers deep. And he actually used this with a company that’s now fairly well known, Haliburton. He went around to 9 states and 26 known drill sites where they actually knew exactly what the ground strata was and the oil and gas grades that were there. And Brooks Agnew with his technology, Earth penetrating tomography, was able to determine with 99% accuracy, not only the ground strata differentials, but whether there was oil and gas in the ground and the quality of those oil and gas deposits. That is an incredible technology considering that the method of use was not disturbing in terms of natural systems at those very low power levels. Yet, you know when you think about oil and gas, those are public resources, having certainty about where to drill and what to do would certainly change the dynamics of how the industry competitively fought for those resources, and would have huge implications in the economies of the world. But the point of the matter is, that technology is not being used for mineral exploration today, it’s being used primarily for military applications as is the case with HAARP.

But when you get in to Earth penetrating tomography, the problem that Brooks Agnew has and others have voiced is the idea of the energy concentrations. Because what he knew is that if you used too much energy, in his worst case scenario, you could trigger geologic events, earthquakes, those kinds of events could be triggered using high energy densities in the ELF range. In fact there was a DoD news briefing. It goes back to April 27, 1997, and it was at the University of Georgia and it was Secretary of Defense William Cohen and he was commenting on weapons of mass destruction. Remember that’s way before 9/11. And one of the weapons of mass destruction he cited were environmental weapons systems utilizing electromagnetic energy for triggering earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, and climate alterations.

If you take it a little bit further and you start to look at this whole concept of using a system on the ground to aggravate the ionosphere. Now what else happens when that lower atmosphere rushes in, you also change pressure systems in the immediate region in terms of lows and highs and the way those pressure systems work and the way in which jet streams flow, by altering the flow of jet streams, by altering the way the atmosphere’s located within an area, that’s where you can get these huge problems.

Back in 1977 the United States ratifies a treaty where we agreed to not use environmental manipulation as a weapon of war, whether it be to create earthquakes or tidal waves, or volcanic eruptions or disturb the weather, all of these things were restricted under that treaty when they involve national boundaries or crossing national boundaries. Like most U.S. treaties, the exemption is for domestic use. The treaties we sign with all these other countries have a clause within them that allows use of the technologies that might be forbidden against another country, to be used within the boundaries of your own country.

And as we took this issue on, there was an underlying problem as well. Some of the things that were developed by the inventor, ideas that should be explored were being ignored, because military had no interest. A good example was Dr. Eastlund had this idea that using radio frequency energy you could actually trigger chemical reactions in the upper atmosphere, which in fact you can, I mean it’s well known. But what you can do by triggering these reactions is you could actually create ozone. In other words if ozone depletion is truly a problem, here you have a system that can replenish ozone utilizing known laws of science. Likewise, knocking out particular pollutants, again by understanding their interactions with radio frequency energy to be able to neutralize pollutants in the environment. None of these things are being looked at and yet they offer huge potentials. I’ve had lots of conversations with Dr Eastlund over the years, and you know he’s got a much different view. I mean he’s a senior scientist, an outstanding physicist on the world scene. His concepts today for advancing energy systems and ways to really free people and utilize the science, not for our destruction but for its enhancement. And I think that’s where lots of science gets misused when those using it are only seeing certain applications.

But let’s get down to the most controversial issue dealing with HAARP which is the physical effects on human health. And I want to get into the ELF effects because this is extremely important. And there’s another video in this series on mind control which gets into this idea of being able to be overridden by radio frequency energy from the outside. This is what we know from the research. If you go back to mid 1980s there was a document called Low Intensity Conflict in Modern Technologies produced at Maxwell Airforce Base and has a section in it on electromagnetic weapons systems where it gets into a whole discussion of what was possible. if you even go back further you’ve got to go back to a book called Unless Peace Comes published in 1969. Within that is a chapter called How to Wreck Your Environment. The guy that wrote it was Gordan MacDonald. He was a full professor at UCLA and a science advisor to President Johnson when he was in the presidency. And he had written back then that if we could ever figure out how to electronically stroke the ionosphere in just the right way, we could return a signal to the Earth that would literally manipulate the behavior of people over huge geographic areas. That was JF Gordon MacDonald’s ideas. But we didn’t have a way to electronically stroke the ionosphere and create that kind of returning signal. Later in a book by Zbigniew Brzezinski, it was a book called Between Two Ages, and in this book is a reiteration of JF Gordan’s ideas of, again, being able to electronically stroke the ionosphere and return a signal to the Earth. And this particular book by Brzezinski – and Brzezinski for those who don’t remember he later became National Security Adviser to President Carter. At the time he wrote the book he was a professor and researcher at Columbia university. But, here’s this idea, now how do you electronically stroke the ionosphere? That’s exactly what HAARP does.

And this is what the military research has shown, is that you can affect everything down to the molecular level if you understand enough about the physics of the body and the math of radio frequency energy’s relationship to it, you can manipulate radio frequency energy to affect the body. And this is what they did actually in a study sponsored by the Airforce. The study was at the University of Utah. It was completed in 1985 and it was under the auspices of the science advisory board to the Airforce and it produced what is called the radio frequency dosimetry handbook. Simple language, it’s the dosage of radio frequency energy necessary to override every vital organ in the body including the brain, whether it be the liver, the kidney, the hearth, the lungs, to interfere with their natural performance as a weapon application. Now again you’re talking about energy that is different, we’re talking about a whole different view of warfare. We’re using energy as the base. These technologies are now being developed for things like the active denial system which is using knowledge of microwave millimeter waves to affect the body to create pain or heat sensation, affecting only the nerve endings on the surface of the body. But these basic principles apply to the entire living organism.

Well we used internment camps here in the United States during World War II, and we interned Japanese Americans, or Americans I should say to be more correct, Americans of Japanese descent, and these people were cordoned off for the duration of the war. Background checks could have been done. They could have been released or cleared out of those facilities, but it was thought best because there was so much animosity towards the Japanese for the attack on Pearl Harbor and subsequent deaths of U.S. soldiers, that these people just be kept out of sight in one of their detention facilities.

Readiness Exercise 1984 was an armed forces exercise conducted on behalf of the United States federal government to test our military’s ability to detain large number of American citizens in case of civil unrest or national emergency. The military exercise anticipated civil disturbances, major demonstrations and strikes that would affect continuity of government.

One of the programs that got exposed during Iran Contra was Rex 84. Congressman Jack Brooks, in those hearings brought up the fact that in reality FEMA was a cover for a huge continuity of government program in case the American people ever rebelled, and that was the architecture of the blueprint for the illegitimate shadow government to fully take over the functions of the entire federal government, suspend the Constitution, suspend the Bill of Rights, and arrest whoever they wanted to, and that FEMA was going to control the camps that the people were going to be put into. And, FEMA would be the main governmental institution with different directors over every agency. And now when you watch FEMA on television, it’s always a Colonel or a general or an admiral in uniform who is over the different departments.

The martial law portions of Rex 84 were outlined in a 1982 memo, written by FEMA deputy John Brinkerhoff. Martial law was to be declared in the event of a national crisis, yet the plan did not define the term “national crisis”. The plan allowed FEMA to take control of both federal and state governments, appointing military commanders to replace duly elected officials. The plan also called for the rounding up of at least 21 million “American Negroes”, for delivery to various military bases converted into prison centers, also known as FEMA relocation camps. Why? Because at that time African Americans were classified as one of the largest threats to the continuity of the federal government. Who does the federal government consider the biggest threat these days?

The FBI’s counter intelligence program (COINTELPRO) was a series of covert, and often illegal programs conducted by the united States government, and aimed squarely at investigating and disrupting dissident political organizations within the United States. According to a Senate Select Committee Study, chaired by Senator Frank Church, and including such members as Phil Hart, Walter Mondale, and Barry Goldwater, the FBI’s motivation for conducting these programs was protecting national security, preventing violence, and maintaining the existing social and political order. Targets included the Black Panther Party, the Ku Klux Klan, communists and socialist organizations, as well as nonviolent civil rights organizations, anti-war groups, and a broad range of organizations lumped together under the title “New Left” which included groups labeled for intensified attention, such as the Southern Christian Leadership Conference, the Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee, and Congress of Racial Equality.
Over the course of four presidential administrations, FBI director J. Edgar Hoover, ordered FBI agents to expose, disrupt, misdirect, discredit, or otherwise neutralize the activities of these movements and their leaders. Speakers, teachers, and writers, even individual student demonstrators with no group affiliation were all fair game.

In October of 1999 the FBI released a report title Project Megiddo. The report was intended to alert U.S. law enforcement to new threats of domestic terrorism. The new FBI watch list now included citizens who support: Gun ownership rights, private property rights, home schooling, the U.S. Constitution. The list also included individuals who believe that U.S. elections are rigged, a new world order exists, and that American military bases will be used as concentration camps.

H.R. 5122 In 2006, the John Warner Defense Act, signed by President Bush, effectively nullified Posse Comitatus in the United States. The bill allows the President to station troops anywhere in America without consent of the governor or local authorities for the express purpose of “suppressing public disorder”.

The U.S. Army has used local television stations in the U.S. as training posts for some of its psychological-operations personnel, according to Yahoo! News blog The Upshot. Since at least 2001, both WRAL, a CBS affiliate in Raleigh, N.C., and WTOC, a CBS affiliate in Savannah, Ga., have regularly hosted active-duty soldiers from the Army’s 4th Psychological Operations group as part of the Army’s Training With Industry program. Training with Industry is designed to offer career soldiers a chance to pick up skills through internships and fellowships with private businesses. The psyops soldiers use WRAL and WTOC to learn broadcasting and communications expertise that they could apply in their mission, as the Army describes it of quote “Influencing the emotions, motives, objective reasoning, and ultimately the behavior of foreign audiences”.

The relationship between psyops training with industry and news operations has stirred controversy in the past. In 2000, after a Dutch newspaper reported that pscy-ops troops had been placed at CNN’s news room under the program, CNN discontinued the internships and admitted that they had made a mistake. A spokesperson said at the time quote “It was inappropriate for PSYOPS personnel to be at CNN. They are not here now and they never again will be at CNN”.

According to some it’s about protecting civilians. Others say it’s about oil. but some are convinced intervention in Libya is all about currency, specifically Gaddafi’s plan to introduce the gold dinar, a single African currency made from gold; a true sharing of the wealth.

It’s one of these things that you have to plan almost in secret, because as soon as you say you’re going to change over from the dollar to something else, you’re going to be targeted. There were two conferences on this, in 1996 and 2000, called the World Mathaba Conference, organized by Gaddafi. Everybody was interested, I think most countries in Africa were keen.

Gaddafi did not give up. In the months leading up to the military intervention, he called on African and Muslim nations to join together to create this new currency that would rival the dollar and euro. They would sell oil and other resources around the world only for gold dinars. It is an idea that would shift the economic balance of the world. A country’s wealth would depend on how much gold they have and not how many dollars they trade. And Libya has 144 tons of gold. The UK has double that, but ten times the population.

If Gaddafi had an intent to try to reprice his oil or whatever else the country was selling in the global markets and accept something else as a currency, or maybe launch a gold dinar currency, any move such as that would certainly not be welcome by the power elite today who are responsible for controlling the world’s central banks. So yes that would certainly be something that would cause his immediate dismissal and the need for other reasons to be brought forth for removing him from power.

It’s happened before. In 2000 Saddam Hussein announced Iraqi oil would be traded in euros and not dollars. Sanctions and an invasion followed. Some say because the Americans were desperate to prevent OPEC from transferring oil trading in all its member countries to the euro. A gold dinar would have had serious consequences for the world financial system, but also may have empowered the people of Africa, something black activists say the US wants to avoid at all costs.

Hello initiates and welcome to module one of the Illumicorp video training course. I would like to officially welcome you as a member of the team. You’ve joined our organization at perhaps the most exciting point in our long history. Our founders shared a passionate dream. To transform this country, and eventually the whole, world to one cohesive organization. When Illumicorp finishes gaining centralized control over the resources of the planet, and we will, we can then organize, distribute, and govern to the benefit of all. After competition and decent are eliminated, we’ll build a utopia for the world to share, based on need, and rejoice together in a harmonious new world.

This presentation is designed to enlightened you about our organization’s goals and achievements. As your guard, I will help to answer some basic questions you may have about Illumicorp, and familiarize you with the valuable role will play in helping us reach our prime objective. So please take a tour with me as we march together towards an exciting new world.

All people are aware of class. To them society is made up of the rich, the middle and the poor. The one thing that all three classes don’t understand is that the pyramid continues upward. There is a detached hidden capstone made up of an elite board of directors who own and manage Illumicorp. The three classes below, in essence, become the assets and resources of Illumicorp. Illumicorp is divided into various administrative branches. But each branch has the same five levels in their hierarchy. You will begin at the bottom in the initiate category. As such, you role will be to make sure that your orders are carried out through the sub corporations and institutions controlled by Illumicorp.

You will be placed in plain sight at the head of a company or institution in the public sector to carry out the plans delivered from above. Remember, your role is very important. You’ll be the face of Illumicorp to the outside world. You are our connection to the masses below. Never speak publicly about your orders or your masters.

Now let’s look at Illumicorp six administrative branches and their functions. You’ll be placed in a top position of power among one of the following sectors. In this way, as you are monitored and guided from above, you will decide strategy and introduce programs to further our goals. For that is the secret to Illumicorp success. Control the head, and you control the body.

I. BANKING & BUSINESS
This is potentially Illumicorps most effective instrument for global control. Through international banking, we manipulate the face of all countries. We’ve introduced many institutions such as the IMF and WTO to work in our favor to impoverish disobedient nations. Always remember, debt is a powerful weapon against countries that don’t share Illumicorps vision.

Perhaps our greatest achievement in banking is the Federal Reserve system. It is a collection of international banks owned by Illumicorp members and financiers. It was created to form a centralized banking system through the Federal Reserve Act of 1913. An act that was indeed penned by some of our most esteemed members.

Many of you might still assume that the government itself prints and issues the currency. That is not the case. When America needs money they go to our boys and ask for it. The money is printed, but it is only representative of a loan. Interest accrues on that dollar until it is paid back to the Fed. In fact the federal taxes paid by the American population go almost entirely to paying off this debt. So you see, Illumicorp derives a healthy amount of its operation funding directly from the debt of the public. Needless to say, this is one of our most crucial sources of funding and one of our proudest achievements here at Illumicorp.

Through mergers and acquisitions, we have slowly and silently bought up the majority of U.S. industry. Illumicorp and its members own most of the oil, transport, banking, media, food and communications industries in America and abroad. Through fewer and fewer conglomerates we are able to affect with great precision the machinations of labor and government. Ultimately, corporations will replace government as a centralized international body that can meet the needs of the public worldwide, without the chaos created by national self interest. When Illumicorp goes public, corporatism will be the foundation for world government. Conglomerates were merge into one cohesive corporation that is responsible only to Illumicorp and the needs of its global employment force.

II. MILITARY & INTELLIGENCE

Illumicorp control of the American military is another impressive tool in our possession. We have nurtured these institutions lavishly to serve as the prototype for our global police force. When ready, our technology and man power will dominate those who oppose the coming New World Order. By utilizing American patriotism we have fostered in the American soldier the philosophy of peace through superior force. When the time is right, we will migrate that mentality towards the belief in a global government, who must protect all people through superior force.

We have used the American military industrial complex to build the arsenal necessary to instigate the final cleansing, outlined in Illumicorp great plan. Our primary target will be Islamic nations who will never submit to our western centric domination. They also hold much of the remaining oil reserves of the planet. Illumicorp must own that precious recourse as it is crucial in maintaining our domination over the countries of the world.

Through Illumicorp enormous funding of the military, we can develop new forms of warfare and population reduction. The public can’t imagine what we’re in the process of developing. Soon, even the weather will be a weapon under our control. We will be able to create droughts, floods, hurricanes, and even tsunamis, with no fingerprints attached.

III. POLITICS

The political system of America has been under direct control of Illumicorp for some time. It was actually a relatively easy acquisition, and has been even easier to manage. Politicians know of our unspoken agreement, and will do anything to stay in power.

A two party system benefits Illimicorp, in that is reduces all issues into a black and white debate. Through media we can play side against side, using each when necessary to support our goals. Due to a diminishing faith in the system among the public, Illumicorp has designed a rogue candidate program to provide a voice for the dispossessed. This disperses the impetus for dissent among those who do not feel represented by our candidates and builds a database of potential dissidents.

IV, EDUCATION

At the turn of the last century, Illumicorp took a serious interest in public education. Our supreme council realized that by creating a private organization to dictate curriculum on a federal level, children could be conditioned into obedience on a mass scale. In the interest of promoting Illumicorp principles in the classroom, hundreds of millions of dollars were invested to create the General Education Board in 1902. The result of doing this is evident today. The doctrines of public education have transformed recent generations into a weaker, more docile mass. Through meticulously planned curriculum, we have control over the process by which the average child learns, thus we can mold them into obedient workers who are conditioned to accept the implementation of the great plan.

In addition, Illumicorp has set up many associations, including the American Historical Association, that determine and uphold the official view of history. Knowledge is power, so we must at all costs be the authors of the truth. By writing history to suit our interests, dissenting voices cannot gain ground and we can vastly influence culture to achieve our prime objective.

V. MEDIA

Illumicorp uses the media to shape public opinion on current events and condition desired attitudes about our future agenda. Through news, entertainment, and advertising we can program a variety of emotions and responses into the collective unconscious. In the past, we were limited entirely to print media. But bow we have multiple mediums to utilize in programming and conditioning the masses. With cable news, we have directed the public to a more entertainment based consumption of world events. Infotainment. This medium is far more effective at subliminal reinforcement of desired attitudes towards our objectives. For instance, we are currently instilling a sense of duty towards environmental issues.

With our growing control of the weather through HAARP and chemtrails, we will scare the public into accepting our global protection agendas. We will then phase into the great cleansing which must occur, to return the population to a manageable size. We reinforce the desired norm through advertising, creating a model for people to look up to that is virtually impossible. The result is an incomplete desperate individual seeking acceptance. Through reality television game shows, we repeat the pattern of individual survival verses group survival. This breaks down the idea of community breeds individuals who seek only their self interest, with a public that is constantly suspicious and scheming we maintain the status quo of a divided population that never thinks to look up.

VI. RELIGION

Religion has served its purpose incredibly well. It is oldest and perhaps the broadest form of social control utilized by Illumicorp. With religion, there is a written code of conduct that must be followed. The authors of the holy scriptures know quite well how to lace that code with demands, to maintain their dominance over the population. This system has survived for millenia, to hold the flock together and bring us to today.

Admittedly, religion is losing its power of control. However, the fanaticism that has arisen due to this decline is particularly helpful to Illumicorp. Our invisible influence in the church has helped bring the Christian fundamentalists out of the background. We help control their opinions on current issues through policies designed right here at Illumicorp headquarters. They are sent to our ministers who then preach the word of god, and their interpretations of the Bible to their followers. Their blind faith is used to transform them into willing soldiers, to defend our cause during the catastrophes ahead.

As the final phase is enacted, we will propagate end time prophecy to convince them of their convictions.

The rise of Islamic fundamentalism works to Illumicorp advantage as a threat that will demand violent action. In the coming years, planned terrorist attacks will warrant a full scale retaliation and initiate the final phase of the great plan. Christians will support our actions, since they will believe them to be proof of the end times, prophesied by Illumicorp religious leaders.

A word from our PRESIDENT
We are in the last days of darkness. Together in secret, we wait to begin the final phase of the great plan. The sun is rising, and it will beam a glorious dawn upon our new world. As an employee of Illumicorp, you are above the limitations of nationality, class and religion. You are a member of the Illumined now. Your loyalty and your devotion belong only with us. Help us finish the plan. Together, we will proudly initiate the New World Order.

Now that you have a basic understanding of how we work over here at Illumicorp, I would like to introduce to you one of our latest projects. THE CONTROL GRID
Since ancient times, it has been the desire of the illumined to wield control over the masses below, both to protect us from them and them from themselves. The tools through the ages have been effective, but always are blunt and inaccurate. But now, with the release of new technology to the masses, we have the real ability to introduce a control grid with finance, industry, governments and military under our strict control, who can safely shift the population into a new world, monitored and controlled, by Illumicorp.

Technology such as the internet, GPS, and RFID chips are pillars of the invisible prison we are erecting around the people. Within the decade, we will have real ID cards that contain criminal records and pertinent information all linked to federal databases. Cell phones will tell us where each individual is linked to the same database. Through intelligence agencies and Homeland Security, we’ll monitor individuals who oppose the great plan and remove them from the grid. Quickly the population will learn that they have a choice; support the system and benefit from its luxuries or reject it and lose access to the grid.

Well, that was quite an overview. I hope it gave you an understanding of our process and basic overall structure here at Illumicorp. Don’t worry if you can’t remember specific details at the moment. Once assigned to your administrative branch, you’ll be shown the second Illumicorp training module. Your initiate supervisor will brief you on your specific duties at that point.

Also, I had to find one time–they wanted me to find–if there was such a thing as a poison that was undetectable, especially one that seemed to mimic a heart attack, that would kill someone but it would appear that they had a heart attack. I did find such a thing.

CIA Director William Colby: Yes, it does, Mr. Chairman, and a special one was developed which potentially would be able to enter the target without perception.

The age of pharmaceutical microchipping is now upon us. Novartis AG, one of the largest drug companies in the world, has announced a plan to begin embedding microchips in medications to create “smart pill” technology.

The microchip technology is being licensed from Proteus Biomedical of Redwood City, California. Once activated by stomach acid, the embedded microchip begins sensing its environment and broadcasting data to a receiver worn by the patient. This receiver is also a transmitter that can send the data over the internet to a doctor.

The idea behind all this is to create “smart pills” that can sense what’s happening in the body and deliver that information to the patient’s doctor. Novartis plans to start microchipping its organ transplant anti-rejection drugs and then potentially expand microchipping to other pharmaceuticals in its product lineup. This same technology could soon end up in pills made by other drug companies, too.
