The Federal Emergency Management Agency coordinates the government’s role in preparing for, preventing, mitigating the effects of, responding to and recovering from all domestic disasters, whether natural or man made, including acts of terror. Its beginnings can be traced to disaster legislation passed in 1803 to provide assistance to a New Hampshire town following a fire. Following a string of natural disasters in the 60s and 70s, President Jimmy Carter signed executive order 12127 and merged near ten federal agencies into what we now know as FEMA. In March 2003, FEMA joined 22 other federal agencies to become part of Homeland Security. In 2005 Hurricane Katrina hit the Gulf Coast and most notably the city of New Orleans. Federal and local authorities encouraged those who could not evacuate the city to go to the Superdome to ride out the storm where there would be assistance to take care of them. This is how your government cares for you. This is a FEMA camp.

Up on screen are photocopies of the Miami Herald. And this goes back to the 1980s when they had congressional hearings dealing with shadow government and martial law. There’s the headline. The secret government and it talks about secret summits and the plans to take over the government. And it shows the people that were in charge of the continuity of government – Dick Cheney and others. And then we have a congressional hearing where we have Congressman Jack Brooks and others during Iran Contra, bringing up the secret plans and they’re told by Congressman Inouye that that can’t be discussed it’s a national security issue.
The truth of the matter is yes you do have those standby provisions, and the plans are there. And the statutory emergency plans are there whereby you could, in the name of stopping terrorism, apprehend – invoke the military – and arrest Americans and hold them in detention camps. -Rep Henry Gonzales

In 1986, under Rex 84, they opened 12 secret army camps to test if they could keep them secret while they held federal, now they hold state prisoners as well. Federal prisoners would then be given a few years off their sentence if they agreed to not tell family about it, and to go to the labor camps. It is a labor camp. And under the revised military rules it allows any U.S. citizen to be put in it under forced labor. Here is the civilian labor camp program Army regulation 210-35. It’s exactly 30 pages long.

This sucker was set up in 1986 at 12 camps. It’s since doubled to 24. And from ’86 to 97 secretly at labor camps, U.S. citizens, non military prisoners were worked on FEMA camps. Now, this was beta testing. They would tell them, ‘You’ll be given leniency and only serve half your sentence if you agree to labor. The minute you don’t you’ll be sent back, on the military bases but you can’t tell anybody. national Security’. You see they were testing ‘Can we keep camps secret from the local police or get them to work with us? Can we keep the camps secret from the media?’ So for 11 years they kept this sucker secret. Reagan, Bush, Clinton. And then Clinton declassifies it in ’97 and they double the number.

Here is Wall Street journal, KBR awarded Homeland Security contract worth up to $385 million, to build 3 1Million person FEMA camps in the United States. It says the ICE Detention and Removal Operations program can be used for illegal aliens and for U.S. citizens and for other emergencies.

There is a spiderweb of roads and train tracks all around the country moving corn from where it’s being grown to these CAFOs (Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations). Cows are not designed by evolution to eat corn. They are designed by evolution to eat grass. And the only reason we feed them corn is because corn is really cheap and corn makes them really fat quickly. So you feed corn to cattle. And e-coli, which is a very common bug, evolves. And a certain mutation occurs. And a strain called E. Coli 0157:H7 appears on the world stage. And it’s the product of the diet we’re feeding cattle on feedlots, and it’s the product of feedlot life. The animals stand ankle deep in their manure all day long, so that if one cow has it the other cows will get it.

For years during the Bush administration, the Cheif of Staff at the USDA was the former chief lobbyist to the beef industry in Washington. The head of the FDA was the former executive vice president of the National Food Processors Association. These regulatory agencies are being controlled by the very companies that they’re supposed to be scrutinizing.

Many of the illegal immigrants coming to America were corn farmers in Mexico. NAFTA led to a flooding of the Mexican market with cheap American corn. It’s put more than 1.5 million Mexican farmers out of work. They couldn’t compete with this cheap corn coming from America. So what happened to those million and a half Mexican farmers? Meat packers like IBP, National Beef, and Monford began actively recruiting in Mexico. Companies advertised on the radio and the newspapers. IBP set up a bus service in Mexico to bring workers into the united States. For years the government turned a blind eye to the recruitment of immigrants to the meat packing industry, but now when there’s an anti-immigrant movement, they’re cracking down all of the sudden, but they’re not cracking down on these companies. No, the government is cracking down on the workers.

Immigration agents are arresting Smithfield workers at this trailer park. This is an agreement between Smithfield and immigration authorities. They can get rid of 15 workers a day, but you don’t see any massive raids. That way it doesn’t affect the production line.

The way the system appeared to work to me was Lady Justice has the scales, and you piled cash on the scales, and the one that piled the most cash on the scales and hired the most experts and ones most willing to tell the biggest lies, that was the winner. That seems to be how our justice system functions now. It’s terrible. How can a farmer defend himself against a multinational corporation like Monsanto?

These companies fight tooth and nail against labeling. The fast food industry fought against giving you the calorie information. They fought against telling you if there is trans fat in your food. The meat packing industry for years prevented country of origin labeling. They fought not to label genetically modified foods, and now 70% of processed food in the supermarket has some genetically modified ingredient. I think it’s one of the most important battles for consumers to fight is the right to know what’s in their food and how it was grown. Not only do they not want you to know what’s in it, they have managed to make it against the law to criticize their products.

In Colorado it’s a felony if you’re convicted under a veggie libel law, so you could go to prison for criticizing the ground beef that’s being produced in the State of Colorado. There is an effort in several farm states to make it illegal to publish a photo of any industrial food operation, any feedlot operation. At the same time they’ve also gotten bills passed that are called cheeseburger bills that make it very very difficult for you to sue them.

The right-left paradigm in the U.S. and U.S. politics is taken directly from the commercial world or the corporate world. In the business world you have Coke-Pepsi. You have McDonald’s-Burger King. You’ve got AT&T-Verizon. You’ve got duopolies. A duopoly gives the illusion of there being some competition and some choice. And it looks a little bit better than monopoly.

They know from previous experience and history that civilizations come and go and dwindle. They know the reasons why they come and go.
Maurice Strong is the man who said that they would never allow another country to rise up as powerful as America will never be allowed to happen again. And he said that the best thing we can do is tear down all the factories, all the top commerce of the United States and level it and give it back to nature. And that was the advice from this character who has tremendous power at the United Nations and was picked up and groomed by Rockefeller himself.
Nations rise and fall. They knew how debt could never be recuperated. They knew that disease and prolonged war could wipe out the population and future populations that pay off debt, so these guys all work together. That’s why it’s no surprise that today you have Lord Rothschild coming out pushing the latest scam or religion that we must all believe in which is global warming. Which his personal bank, his families bank in Switzerland, will be in charge of. They’ve run this system, the whole economic system of the world for the last 2 1/2 hundred years so why shouldn’t they also run the economic system for the next few hundred years.

We’re going into the greatest depression. There will be no job growth. Unemployment will continue to escalate. Along with it so too will crime, poverty, kidnappings, boss-nappings… And the more things spin out of control the harder the hammer is going to come down by the federal government to keep things in control.

To force their agenda through the elites are employing one of their favorite tools, artificial crisis creation, also known as the Hegelian dialectic of problem-reaction-solution.

It’s never been written about in any book that I’ve found as to who gave these guys the authority or permission to be the international bankers of the world. Why would you even need international bankers? Why would any government agree to use them? Why would you need to use them? Why can’t any country create its own money? It tells you there’s already an existing super structure already in existence, maybe two, three hundred years ago to give these guys permission to somehow be the overlords of all money for all countries.

What about the Investment Banks that are still stuck with these loans? What about the US Government who took out interests in Fannie, Freddie and others in the bailout, or as I like to call it, the “sellout” (as in, “of America”)

And NONE of this includes commercial properties/loans. Not one word from anyone, except one person and I can’t find his information.

How much exposure do the American People have in the Commercial market? No one knows.

Unemployment at 16-year high

In December, the number of unemployed persons increased by 632,000 to 11.1 million and the unemployment rate rose to 7.2 percent. Since the start of the recession in December 2007, the number of unemployed persons has grown by 3.6 million, and the unemployment rate has risen by 2.3 percentage points. Bureau of labor statistics.

Add to that, the Federal Reserve’s audacity to deny disclosure of nearly $2 Trillion dollars. As determined by the court, and I’m paraphrasing, that (bold) We the People are not party to what the Federal Reserve (a private corporation) does with its money.

Halliburton announced that it would relocated it’s Texas based World Headquarters from Texas to Dubai. It will still maintain a corporate US office in Texas, but the CEO is moving UAE. (ABC news 03/11/2007)

Halliburton is no longer an American company, but they will probably get the contract, along with KBR.

The Federal Reserve is Printing More Money, thereby increasing Our National Debt. If you add up all debts and liabilities, it adds to about $53 Trillion (look it up).

But now I’m taking American History. Here’s my book – American History. As I was looking through it today in class, I came across something that we will be learning about – America in the New World Order. 1970 to the present. They talk about how NAFTA is a part of the New World Order. The one thing they should talk about is the NAFTA super highway, but they don’t dare mention that in our history books. They also try and promote the already failed war on drugs by saying it promotes extreme violence, and we all know that the war on drugs is a massive failure, but they’re trying to drill it into kid’s heads that it’s a big success.

Left and right mean nothing. The only thing that counts is are you working for Wall Street or are you trying to defend the people against the financiers?

Since Bush the elder made his speech at the United Nations back in September of 1990 talking about the New World Order, I think you become confused about what’s actually going on in the world. The New World Order is a more palatable name for the Anglo-American world empire. It’s the planetary domination of London, New York, Washington – over the rest of the world. It’s hard to get people to join that or think they have a part in it if you call it the Anglo-American world empire. If you called it the New World Order then people in India or some place like that or the European Union might think well there’s something in that for us too. But that’s not what it is. It’s the Anglo-American-New World Order – it’s really the old world order. It’s the British Empire morphing into the American Empire, the U.S./British world empire is what you’re going to get.

If you look also at the people that Obama has put on his appointments list it’s all Wall Street. It’s government of Wall Street, by Wall Street and for Wall Street. There’s nobody from heavy industry. There’s nobody from the auto sector, nobody from silicon valley, nobody from big oil, nobody from defense. No labor, no women, no retirees, no small business, nothing. It’s pure Wall Street. The only people who have a voice in Obama’s councils are Wall Street finance oligarchs. That’s all there is. Nobody else counts for anything under Obama. It’s the most extreme Wall Street administration we’ve ever had.

In the real executive power structure the President serves the military industrial complex, itself owned by the international bankers. If there’s a revolution the population just throws out the Prime Minister or the President. The elite stays in power because the public is never aware of who the real enemy is. In Evian France, in 1991 standing before the Bilderberg group, the apex of the world power structure David Rockefeller defined the New World Order as a system of world government serving the international banking elite. For decades the banker owned media would attack anyone who dared to warn the public that a dictatorial world government was being constructed right under their nose and that national sovereignty was being destroyed. And now, after years of denial, the media and the elite themselves are proudly announcing that, not only is world government real, but is the answer to the financial crisis that they engineered.

People that are knowledgeable know that the fight that this country has been waging since its inception is for the central bankers NOT to take over the country. And that’s why people like Andrew Jackson were elected. And that’s why people revere people like Thomas Jefferson and others. The takeovers happen. and it’s a corporate takeover. And it was something that Abraham Lincoln warned. And this is, by the way, why I believe he was assassinated. This is the Lincoln quote:

Larry Summers – I love it – every time they talk about Larry Summers he’s always brilliant – he’s another brilliant one… He’s the one who helped dismantle the Glass-Steagall Act. He was the former president of the New York Federal Reserve, and now he’s our Treasury Secretary? As we all know, the Federal Reserve is as federal as Federal Express. It’s a private bank. And now we’ve put this guy in charge of it? Wall Street has hijacked Washington in broad daylight.

Obama pledged in hundreds of speeches and interviews that within six months of the election he was going to bring our troops home from Iraq. But after he was inaugurated, the story changed. Now he said that they would look at bringing SOME of the troops home in 16 months. Two weeks later his story had changed again. now the administration would look at bringing the troops home in 23 months.

Next he sent 30,000 more marines to Afghanistan, doubling the total number of forces in the cross hairs. Barack then announced that he was going to move missile systems into Eastern Europe to encircle Russia. But after all what should we expect after he kept Bush’s Secretary of Defense Robert Gates.

Barack Obama swore that he would vote to repeal the Patriot Act. But then he voted for its reauthorization. Obama decried the Bush administrations illegal warrantless wiretapping of the American people, then he voted to legalize it.

Candidate Obama told desperate factory workers in speech after speech, that he was going to renegotiate NAFTA and GATT to make it more fair for American workers. But then his campaign was caught sending out memos to top corporate leaders telling them not to worry and that it was just campaign rhetoric.

The people of the United States and the world were filled with hope that Obama was the real deal, but in his first week in office he signed an executive order supposedly closing Guantanamo Bay and other secret prisons. Then the press actually had a chance to read the executive order and were shocked to find that the executive order only said that Obama was thinking about closing Guantanamo in a year. But worst of all the executive order continued the practice of rendition, which the LA Times called secret abductions.

Obama is now continuing the practice of secret arrests, secret prisons, and most importantly indefinite detention without trial. When a British high court said that it was prepared to release secret British and U.S. torture orders that prove that the Bush administration was ordering personnel to systematically abuse detainees, Barack Obama threatened to cut off all U.S. intelligence ties to England. To add insult to injury he stated that the program was important enough to national security, not only endorsing Bush’s crimes, but continuing them.

If the makers of this film attempted to cover all of Obama’s lies this documentary would never be released because there are new ones everyday. So in the interest of time we’re going to cover one more big one. Barack and his handlers made the cornerstone of his campaign keeping lobbyists and donors out of his administration. Within hours of being elected, Obama did a 180 and filled the White House and federal government with lobbyists and donors at all levels. Obama picked William Lynn, the top lobbyist for Raytheon to fill the number two position at the Department of Defense. Timothy Geithner, former President of the private Federal Reserve bank of New York was picked by Obama to be Secretary of Treasury. Geithner promptly crowned the treasury department full of lobbyists, like his chief of staff Mark Patterson, formerly the top lobbyist at Goldman Sacs. Obama appointed top lobbyist to the Saudi royal family, George Mitchell, as the lead middle eastern envoy. Obama appointed the king of Wall Street lobbyists Leon Panetta to head up the CIA. Obama tapped Tom Daschle lobbyist for healthcare firms to run the Department of Health and Human Services, and the list goes on and on.

Throughout it’s passage, President Bush and Senator Obama worked in tandem to get Congress to pass the bill, without even having time to read it, despite the fact that in major polls 98% of American people were against the bill. The leadership in both parties were for it.

The thing is about this big brother state, you see, is that it’s happening in country after country.. I had a German film crew come see me a few days ago… they were going on about the big brother state being introduces in Germany. It’s happening on as outrageous scale. In America, in Canada, in Australia, in Europe… Now, is Gordon Brown the Labour Prime Minister responsible for all that? No of course not. So what and who is? Unless you are a coincidence theorist – I love them. They’re sponsored by naivety anonymous, by the way… who believe this is all happening by accident.

What they did they left the bloodline out there, and the secret society network that manipulates the bloodline into power and its agents and gophers into power, and they’ve gone on controlling those countries ever since. While the people in those countries think they’re free, and they’re own government is in control. So what we have is like a transnational corporation and the center of it at operational level anyway, is in Europe. So a transnational corporation has a headquarters, and then is has subsidiaries in all the different countries. The headquarters dictates the policy by which these subsidiaries have to introduce and carry out. That’s how this works. And that’s how they are able to introduce the same changes, the same Orwellian transformation, in countries all over the world at the same time… their role is to get control of their countries political system, economic system, media ownership system, and therefore move that country in line with the centrally dictated agenda.

The key thing to start to understand the world we’re actually looking at, as opposed to the one we think we are, is to connect the dots. There are many various vastly different areas of our lives. Vastly different areas of politics, and business and banking, and all the rest of it. And, left to themselves as is bewildering… but when you start to connect the dots, and that’s what I’ve been doing for the last nearly 20 years and to connect the dots you’ve got to do enormous research on the dots themselves before you start to connect them – it’s an enormous work. That’s why it’s very difficult for people to see what’s happening, because the amount of works it needs to actually uncover it. And as you connect the dots the pictures starts to appear. You start to see that organizations and people and events that appear to be totally unconnected, are actually fundamentally connection. And you start to realize and you start to see a clearer and clearer picture of what big brother really is and why. you start to see the elephant in the living room… and this elephant in the living room is that there is a secret agenda going on in the shadows, behind the people that appear to be in power. And this agenda… is to create a global centralized fascist dictatorship.

WASHINGTON (UPI) — The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services said Thursday that it was about to begin testing a new technology designed to help more closely monitor and assist the nation’s homeless population.Under the pilot program, which grew out of a series of policy academies held in the last two years, homeless people in participating cities will be implanted with mandatory Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tags that social workers and police can use track their movements.
Supporters of subdermal RFID tracking say the technology will discourage implanted homeless men and women from committing crimes, while making it easier for government workers to provide social services such as delivering food and medicine.Duke called the RFID tagging pilot program “a high-tech, minimally-intrusive way for the government to lift our citizens away from the twin perils of poverty and crime.” Participating cities include New York City, San Francisco, Washington, and Bethlehem, Penn.

It used to be called the Hegelian Dialectic, and I thought Problem-Reaction-Solution would sum it up more succinctly. What it means is that… you want to change society, in a way that if you did it openly and at a meeting – and told the public ‘this is what we’re going to do’, you know that you would get a massive public reaction against what you want. So you don’t do it openly. You play this technique. Stage one you create a problem. It could be a terrorist attack, it could be a war, it could be a government collapse, it could be a run on a currency, it could be a credit crunch, rising food prices, rising mortgages – anything that will give you the opportunity to install the solution to that problem that will advance your agenda. Once you’ve covertly created the problem, you then tell the people through a pathetic mainstream media, the version of that problem you want the public to believe – i.e. Bin Laden orchestrated 9/11; Lee Harvey Oswald killed Kennedy, whatever… and then those who covertly created the problem, got the public reaction ‘do something!’ then openly through changes in legislation, offer the solutions to the problems they have themselves covertly created. And what are those solutions? They are changes in society to advance the Orwellian, big brother state and the centrally controlled global agenda.

At the 33rd level of Freemasonry of the Scottish Rite, that’s the highest official level, they have a motto ORDO ABCHAO (order out of chaos) – Problem-Reaction-Solution. You try manipulating harmony; very difficult. You try manipulating chaos, piece of cake. They want chaos.
