You might be surprised at all of the constructive uses HAARP could be used for, but will be even more surprised by its focus on weapons and military applications, such as weather modification, geological disruption such as triggering earthquakes and volcanic eruptions, and perhaps most controversially its ability to affect biological systems in the form of mind control, or behavior manipulation.

NASA Issues Agency Wide Preparedness Alert
NASA recently participated in a FEMA exercise called Eagle Horizon that was a part of a continuity of operations and government exercise that we do annually. And, I became aware of some things that concern me about our family preparedness and I wanted to talk to you very briefly. you know we at NASA we’re an incredibly unique organization. We’re the only agency in the federal government that’s responsible for the safety and well being of people, not only here on Earth, but off this planet. So my experience in the astronaut office, my experience as an active duty marine, always talked about the importance of family preparedness and to make sure we had a viable family support program. And I have concerns that ours right now is not as good as it ought to be.

“missile or aircraft destruction, deflection, or confusion”
“weather modification by altering solar absorption”
“also altering composition of the atmosphere”
This patent was classified by the Navy under national security order in 1987, but other patents exists for purposes of:
Power beaming system (US Patent 5068669 )
Artificial ionospheric mirror composed of a plasma layer (US Patent 5041834)
Creation of artificial ionization clouds above the earth (US Patent 4999637)
Defense system for discriminating between objects in space (US Patent 4817495)

You see a gentleman with a dog, shielding his eye, and looking up in the sky at something… it looks very much to be some type of glowing or gaseous emitting craft that has enough attention so that the dog and the gentlemen are looking up. And the artist made such a point to put that type of detail into the picture.

I used to agree with these warnings of climate disaster. I taught my students that most of the increase in temperature of the past century was due to contributions of CO2. The association seemed so clear and simple – increases of greenhouse gases were driving us towards climate catastrophe. However, a few years ago I decided to look more closely at the science and it astonished me. In fact there is no evidence of humans being the cause. There is however overwhelming evidence of natural causes, such as changes in the output of the sun. This is completely reverse from the views on the Kyoto Protocol. Actually many other leading climate researchers also have serious concerns about the science underlining the Protocol. So let’s hear what you’re not being told about climate change.
