Energy, without it the world economy would grind to a catastrophic halt. In the 20th century war have been waged over the fossil fuels. What if we were to learn that there exists a new form of clean energy in virtually unlimited supply. A renewal resource legitimized in hundreds of laboratory tests and peer reviewed scientific journals, but which is ignored by governments and censored by many prestigious organizations.

This is a discovery, perhaps as significant as the Wright Brothers first flight at Kitty Hawk. But instead of embracing it, the governors of official science declared war on cold fusion. Was a promise of cold fusion too good to be true? Or was it trampled on by closed minded, greedy power brokers who’s special interests out weigh the public good?

Hydrogen and oxygen, the components of water are two of the most reactive elements on Earth. Electrolysis, the process of extracting them from water as gas, has been known to science for nearly 200 years. This knowledge has enabled us to develop fuels. Some of which are used to propel manned rockets into space. Though powerful, these chemical fuels don’t hold a candle to the energy released of a nuclear reaction. The fire of this miracle was at the heart of what Pons and Fleishman offered to the world, with their ground breaking cold fusion process.

You’d think you’d know his name. Every time you turn on a light, or turn on your radio, his contributions are as far reaching as those as Albert Einstein, Isaac Newton, or even his nemesis, Tom Edison. This mysterious, tall, dark Serbian, invented alternating current, wireless communication, the modern electric motor, basic laser and radar technology, x-rays, neon, robotics, remote control, and cellular technology, and even star wars tactical warfare. All over a hundred years ago.

He remembered triumphant moments when he was struck with a vision of his world transforming electric motor. The same design that’s used everywhere today. Like a flash of lightning, in an instant, the truth was revealed. He was so sure of his breakthrough, that he felt compelled to share it. He sailed for New York City. The seat of the modern world. Soon he’d become the quintessential American success story. Transforming himself from a penny less immigrant, to a legend of his time. The glitterati of New York’s finest would flock to his laboratory to witness the spectacular high voltage demonstrations. Notables such as Mark Twain, John Muir, Sarah Bernhardt, Sanford White, and Teddy Roosevelt, and many others attended. But one person not present was his ruthless competitor Thomas Edison. Nikola would recall the war of the currents, AC versus DC power. At the time, the electrification of the world was at stake.

There was only one kind of power system that could feed cities all over the country that would allow Edison’s incandescent bulbs to burn brightly and Nikola had it. Tom Edison fought against it, tooth and nail. The bitter Edison would even resort to electrocuting stray animals, including a rogue elephant, to insight public fear of Tesla’s AC system. But Tesla would ultimately triumph over Edison by electrifying the Chicago World’s Fair in 1893. It was a smashing success. Then, he and partner George Westinghouse, created the world’s first hydro-electric system at Niagara Falls. It was an incredible gamble at the time, and no one was sure it would work, except Tesla…the man of the hour.

Nikola would soon engage the biggest fish in the pond, while undertaking his greatest venture, Wardenclyffe. This fantastic structure was the very combination of Tesla’s vision to create a worldwide communication system for sending sound and pictures. The primary goal was to beat Marconi for the honor of delivering the world’s first Trans-Atlantic wireless signal. By no accident, Tesla’s grand project was to be financed by the devil himself, J.P. Morgan. But Nikola had a secret, the system could also electrify the world. Wardenclyffe would provide limitless, free energy, everywhere, for everybody. When J.P. Morgan would find out about this leap in technology, he wouldn’t tolerate it. He knew Tesla could deliver and the banker over-lord couldn’t put a meter on it.

Nikola Tesla is regarded as the founding father of free energy. His astounding developments in the generation of alternating electrical current are still being used today. His most notorious project involved the transmission of wireless electricity into the atmosphere which allowed for unlimited power to be freely accessed by everyone. When his financial backer J.P. Morgan realized that this power system could not be metered, all funding was immediately withdrawn. Tesla’s electrical broadcast towers were dismantled, and threw Morgan’s many close connections with the media and government, Tesla’s career was destroyed.

There is no progressive science in a world where every scientific idea is evaluated for its military potential.

…a mystery surrounds Tesla. His contributions, which were great in many, have descended into obscurity. Why? Nikola Tesla was a humanitarian, a US patriot, and yes an unbridled genius. Though he has often been personified as the quintessential mad scientist. Perhaps his only real misdeed was being born ahead of his time.

In 1898, while perfecting his patents for the invention of wireless radio transmission, Tesla’s laboratory mysteriously burns to the ground. This fire destroys thousands of hours of work, setting the inventor back years and costing him over a million dollars.

Tesla’s idea was to be able to provide power equally to all people on Earth. At this time there are 2 to 3 billion people on this planet that can’t go home at night and turn on the lights. The people that can’t are living in poverty. And Tesla saw that there was a division between that have and the have-nots. And he was determined to make electrical power equally available to all people on this planet…as a gift.

One thing is certain, if we continue on the course of rapidly burning fossil fuels and relying on nuclear fission, the future of our civilization is in grave jeopardy. We’re at a critical juncture where the ravages of industrial pollution and radioactive waste have exceeded the carrying capacity of mother earth. Our finite reserves of oil and gas will be completely exhausted by the year 2025 at the present rate of consumption. Large corporate and governmental self interest ignore this pending crisis and resist change to the status quo. The question must be asked..is this the kind of world we want to pass down to future generations?

With over 200 patents to his name, Tesla was well on his way to transmitting electric power without wires, when he ran into trouble with J.P. Morgan, a financial interest, in 1901. His ambitious Wardenclyffe project to magnify and transmit power to ships at sea and eventually to provide free electricity for the whole world was scuttled by Morgan leaving Tesla penniless and disillusioned.

When J.P. Morgan prohibited Tesla from broadcasting electric power overseas with Wardenclyffe Tower, he said I can’t put a meter on it therefore I won’t finance it. That literally changed the course of history and for the past almost hundred years we’ve been suffering under that profit motive.

There are very strong and very powerful economic interests in the world, probably the strongest economic interests in the world, which are adamantly opposed to it. Can you see what this does to the oil rich nations. Can you see, eventually, what this will do to many things. Now actually what it’ll do, you will phase the oil… petrochemical industry won’t go away… you still need the oil for materials that’s in it and the chemicals and so it’ll be more and more petrochemical industry rather than keep burning and wasting the oil and putting all the pollutants in the biosphere. So many things will readjust. It’s going to rest control from a lot of the great wealthy control barons who now dominate largely the economic world. And their world is going to change…

There is nothing startling about a machine that can extract the hydrogen from water. What is highly unusual is that it should do so with ordinary tap water. The conventional method is called electrolysis. Meyers has turned that process on it’s head. And, like electrolysis, his device doesn’t use up large amounts of electric current. Nor does it produce an enormous amount of waste heat.

If Stan Meyers device works like he says, it would make energy available universally almost free… that is a major impact.

…every piston engine, every gas turbine in the world today, if it had this converter could run on it… with a little invention we could get stand alone devices to run all over the world. What I would be concerned about would be the people that sell energy would be bankrupt…you’re going to wipe out an entrenched power base… and they’re not going to go easy.

In our first experiment we just tried to simulate the hurricane and we attempt to forecast it for several days. And usually we can do a fairly good job of that because there are good data sets for these historically important hurricanes. Then we attempt to find a small change at the start of our forecast which has the effect of either weakening the hurricane or changing its position sometime in the future. We want to find situations that are sensitive to initial conditions. Situations where small changes at one time can lead to much larger changes later on.

Hurricanes get their power from the evaporation of sea water. It’s everyone’s common experience that if you get out of a swimming pool, you’re wet. And even if it’s a hot day you can feel cold. Particularly if it’s windy. Because the evaporation of water from your skin is drawing heat out of your body. Well exactly the same thing happens over the ocean in a hurricane. The winds of the hurricane evaporate sea water and draw heat out of the ocean. That water vapor condenses into cloud in the eye wall of an hurricane. And the faster the wind blows the more water evaporates and the more energy is supplied to the storm.

…but even in its current incarnation it’s the largest ionospheric heater in the world. Capable of heating a 1000 square kilometer area of the ionosphere to over 50,000 degrees. It’s also a phased array. Which means it’s steerable and it can point where it wants to point. You can make those waves go where you want. What they have found is that by sending radio frequency energy up and focusing it, as they do with these kinds of instruments, it causes a heating effect. And, that heating literally lifts the ionosphere within a 30 mile diameter area therein changing localized pressure systems or perhaps the route of jet streams. The idea of moving a jet stream is a phenomenal event in terms of man being able to do this. The problem is we cannot model the system adequately. Long term consequences of atmospheric heating are unknown. Changing weather in one place can have a devastating downstream effect. And H.A.A.R.P. has already been accused of modifying the weather.

What we’re here to talk about is a ground based star wars weapon system that’s being operated in the state of Alaska in a remote location called Gakona. The project is an interesting project. We’ll cover the various aspects the military has disclosed. The University of Alaska has disclosed. And we’ll also talk about a number of the applications that they’ve kept hidden from the public view.

In addition there’s a third application of this particular use of the H.A.A.R.P. system. If you increase a power level even higher, you can create what are called bit errors in the computers, the on board avionic computers, controlling the flight of incoming objects. So as to cause the computers to fail and the objects to crash. At an even higher level of energy you can create another effect where actually electronic components melt causing the missiles to disable and crash.Those are just some of the applications based on the patents.

the way I ended up getting involved in the H.A.A.R.P. story was reading an obscure journal article in an Australian publication called Nexus talking about H.A.A.R.P. and it mentioned the first 3 patents from Bernard Eastlund. What I did then is go to the library, pull those patents, review those patents, and they reference and couple of New York Times articles. One from 1915 and one from 1940. What struck me as I read those was….you know ..who was doing this kind of work in 1915 and 1940 and the first thing that jumped to mind is it’s gotta’ be Tesla. And when in fact I pulled those original patents it talked about a new weapons system with huge potentials. Potentials that would in fact would even melt electric circuits on airplanes many miles away, and this was early just after the turn of the century and moving into the beginnings of World War II.
