I served in the Georgia State Senate. And after 4 years of viewing the ruthless and unsparing actions of Child Protective Services, also called CPS which I will use tonight, I wrote a scathing report entitled ‘The Corrupt Business of Child Protective Services’. The report cost me my senate seat.

This is not to say that there are not those children in retched situations who need to be removed; there are and we all agree. But tonight, I’m talking about those children removed from their homes intentionally for profit. Children are ceased unnecessarily from their families due to the federal aid created in 1974 entitled the Adoption and Safe Families Act. It offers financial incentives to the states that increase adoption numbers. To receive the adoption incentives, or bonuses, local CPS must have more children, they must have more merchandise, to sell. Funding is available when a child is placed in a foster home with strangers, or placed in a mental health facility and medicated, usually against the parents wishes.

Parents are victimized by the system that makes a profit for holding children longer and bonuses for not returning children to their parents. This is abusive power. It is lack of accountability. And it is a growing criminal-political phenomenon spreading around the globe.

There is a huge bureaucracy made up of judges, court appointed attorneys, Guardian ad Litems, social workers, state employees, court investigators, therapists, psychologists. psychiatrists,foster parents, adoptive parents, on and on who are looking to the children instate care for their job security.

Judges have control over private living arrangements, and income of 48.3 million Americans. The Unites States census bureau reported in 2002 that 40 BILLION in transfer payments were made between households of custody parents and other parents. That money, 40 BILLION, is under the direction and control of family court judges in environments covered with confidentiality laws that protect the wrong people.

Some children had been taken off their school bus, taken out of the hospitals, or taken out of their homes in the middle of the night, and even worse.

Due to the hundreds upon hundreds of cases that I have been called to consider, I placed calls to state senators, representatives in their respective states across the country asking them to help me with certain families. And I was told that ‘If I help that family or if I help you, I will lose my job’.

Remove, abolish the federal and state financial incentives. And those are taxpayer dollars. Those dollars have turned CPS into a business that takes children and separates families for money.

    I am the grandmother of five grandchildren cps discriminated against falsfying lies in court saying I were scroprenia, The cps said in court they have some other family to adopted my grandchildren and they had more experience than I, and I am the children grandmother The child protective service does not want to give the children back to family, CPS want to adopt the children of to make money I call this abruse to the family that want thier grandchildren, this is abruse to the children knowing that they cannot come home to family member, that known them every since they were babies. I taken care of my granchildren when they were babies, and they cries out the last visit I went to see them with their parent a Child Protective Service the children were crying. I said to them I will try to get them to come home and live with me thier grandmother, cps did not want me to have my grandchildren, they menthally abrusing these children, and family member who want them to love them and take care of them. Please someone need to come out and speak on cps abrusing these children, and give the children back to family member, someone they know. Please these children is hurt inside depress because cps is abrusing these children by not letting them come home to family member. The cps told my daughter if she did not sign over her right that they will take the next baby she had , the judge will make her pay child support. Please Congress cps need to be stop and let these children come home to family member who want them and love them this abruse to the children mind and this depression please stop these people they is using the system for money and using the children to adopt them off for money. please stop cps. If some one adopted them these children can be raped this abrused, please cps need to be investigated, because they are making these children suffer from abruse.

    We are good parents but we live in a country that has violated the law of the land in no abuse was seen no abuse was dune and no abuse from us ever will yet they have accused us both of neglect how? How can you be accused of neglect when there is no abuse well cps said we both need to see doctors we both need to see them for a medical physiological evaluation all because we objected to a false claim from a hospital a hospital that did a forced c section on my wife so that they could receive more money from DSHS The cash machine for the poor who in return take’s babies to keep there service going selling babies for 25.000 dollars yes it’s a sick system one that Hitler would be proud The SS worker who brought a, ‘Sheriff with her all to see yes our child is safe yes we care for him and now not only was our civil rights violated we have to go see them tomorrow for false lying sick people who all want our baby!

    It has happened to me because I am a grandparent and grandparents have no rights, and everyone I know has someone in their family that this has happened to.They will give the child to complete strangers and do not abide by the law that if a child is removed from the home that they must be placed with a family member.
    But everyone keeps silent, afraid to speak up. Well not me, I will raise hell and rattle the gates of hell until this corrupt system is shut down in the Knoxville Tennessee Juvenile System.
