Here I find myself again, searching for knowledge of truth, only to be caught in awe. It’s all about he said she said he said he did she did he said he did he said he said she did he did. Lame. Wow there are definitely some bible reading idiots like you mathew who sound like you never read your full of (thousands of contradictions) bible before. YOUR bible is stolen from sumarian text then made up from men’s imagination from that point. you were non existent for billions of years before you were born i’m sure you didn’t mind and you won’t after you die.

Settle down, guys. All of your Palestinian scripture comes from the same root source, so there’s really no need to come to name-dropping. KJV is a modern(hate to say it, but yes, bastardized), ecumenical depiction of the canonization of a select few-of-many pieces of scripture, used to propagate the original bible. The book of Enoch was not among those canonized in the christian bible, nor were many, such as. At the time, many of these had the same legitimacy in subsequent Judaical religions, and can be found elsewhere in judeochristian religions (calling anything a lie, when you can’t reconcile your own religion’s validity under any rational means, is pretty hippocratic).

It’s a big stretch to compare the KJV alone to Sumerian history/mythos, but perhaps the hebrew bible, KJV, Qu`ran, and whatever other religions were derived from the dead-sea scrolls. Follow all the commonalities back to the beginning, and take note of the similarities and differences along the way! Only when you’ve digested all of these Palestine based religions, would I start researching Sumerian history; rather than making blind guess/assertions at vague similarities.

Since I was a big fan of the Gilgamesh epic, growing up, I plan on tackling this research project this fall and winter, after this awesome weather ends and I have some downtime to kill indoors.

There is NO book of Enoch in the Bible. Maybe some esoteric gnostic book. Try again. Maybe you should actually read the Bible cover to cover and then go back and do it again then go back and do it again. I know that between bong hits it is fun to believe you are an actual intellectual who KNOWS all and is a virtual god yourself, but please spare yourself the agony of hurting your brain. The Bible is referred to as the Living Word of God because it is a parable within a historical account. Do you know what parable means? Wait, of course you do because you are an intellectual. The Bible is so deep you may read it over and over for a lilfetime and still only scratch the surface. It would be too beneath you to actually read the Bible and use all of that mighty brain to truly understand what it means. Or maybe you are simply too afraid that it really is true and you would have to accept it and your other “searching for the answer” friends might no longer accept you.
